My wife, my brother and I ate at the Bridgeport Rib House and it was outstanding. All of the barbeque was delicious, between the chicken breast & drumstick, short & baby back ribs, all of it was delicate, tender, and delicious coated in their mild honey sauce. Their barbeque is on par with some of Texas restaurants and reminded me of the absolutely delectable barbeque. I will be visiting this establishment again as I especially enjoyed the bar atmosphere, the waitstaff was excellent, and the live band was perfect to listen to while eating. Weve already recommended it to friends and family; definitely a 5 out of 5 visit. We definitely will be going back.

Cristin and Jojos Wedding 5-14-2016 was a success because of you guys. From the amazing appetizers including the pulled pork scoops and baby back ribs to the mouth watering bbq chicken and steak. Lets not for get the refreshing salad, sausage stuffing and the OMG amazing stick to your ribs Mac and cheese. Simply top notch. Jen you and your team were a hit. Certainly not. If someone told they didnt cook the meets, that they just warn them up, I would not be surprised. Who has ever heard of a BBQ that only serves brisket by the lb to go. Had ribs and got them to give me to go brisket at my table. Brisket was like shaved roast beef. Ribs had an ok flavor but very dry. Disappointing. It looks like a local drinking spot and they do have live music so I suspect the high ratings are for being a fun local place for a beer.

Excellent ribs but the real prize winner are the wings with hot honey BBQ sauce. This sauce is so good I have to ship it to my two sons in California!! Fortunately they have no problem selling it by the quart. In my case gallon! The reason for four stars instead of five is that this is a bar or the old school variety with wood floors and bad paneling, they could use some serious updating!

The food was amazing I will give them that, my mom and I order 3 orders of baby back ribs mild honey. The bill came to $82 something my mom got charged $102 and change we did not tip because we were getting it to go so my mom is now calling the bank and she will be calling them to let them know we were there on August 2nd, 2015 on Sunday at around dinner time.

This Mecca of Music has some of the best musicians as well as food & people in the entire area. It was my home bar when I lived in KoP, & its still my home bar all the way out here in Gilbertsville!! Where else can you go to see cool people, eat scrumptious food, & hear some amazingly awesome music? Only at the Ribby! Never a cover either!

Bridgeport Rib House is the place to go if youre looking to satisfy your hunger and thirst. Their menu offers many choices for food and to wash the food down, they have a nice selection of drinks/beers. Staff at the Rib House is friendly and energetic. Live music is played 6 nights a week for entertainment. Love this place!

The food was good but service was a bit slow. It is a very loud place, even when music isnt playing. My ears were ringing when I left. Band was good though. I was placed under a vent and it started dripping on me. Dont put a table there because its pretty disgusting.

The food is really good. The atmosphere is dark dingy and dirty. Not saying it is dirty, but it certainly doesnt feel or look clean and shiny. But then again its Bridgeport. Cant expect to much more. The wings rock and naturally so do the ribs.
