An "Excellent" rating cannot be just about the food…the customer service also has to be great. Italian Delite in Birdsboro has both. Vito and his crew really know the meaning of "customer service". They smile when my wife, my 1.5 year-old baby boy and I get there and they smile again when we leave. The Italian Stromboli is one of the best in the area, with a nice toasty outside and evenly filled with great stuff on the inside. If you are a local, you get some great coupons in the mail. All in all, I would go here before I go to any other Birdsboro pizza place. Thanks Vito. Welcome back from your trip to Italy!

First off keep your eyes peeled for the coupons some nice deals. This is my favorite pizza shop in the area, I usually depending on class schedules get down there Sunday nights. Their cheese steaks are simple but very tasty. The normal plain pizza is lacking which is why I never order it often. Now the special pizzas are another story they make them fantastic. The siscilion pizzas are awesome. Now in my opinion the strombolies are the way to go, even the plain ham and cheese is to die for. Like a hotpocket from heaven.

I like getting pizza from here, usually in the form of takeout. If you like thin crust, then this is worth a try. The cheese is a flavorful blend that keeps me coming back. The sauce has a nice sweetness to it that complements the cheese. As a teacher at the local school, I consider it a great place to have to order pizza for extracurricular activities. I do not have much experience with the dinners or hoagies, but I intend to eventually try those as well.

If you have been to Greece and had real gyros, and you want to relive that wonderful, wonderful experience, do so here. Even if they correct you when you pronounce it the right way. Their gyros, among all the others that Ive sampled since I came back stateside (a fair few), are the only ones anything like those made in Greece - including "renown" Greek restaurants in Canada. Also a great place to chill in the summer heat. c:

This place is really nice. Theyve recently redone the inside to include a bar and its absolutely gorgeous. Its casual and a nice place to bring the entire family. Wait staff is efficient and courteous and theres a real feeling of "family" here. Food is good and while its not gourmet I dont think anyone is expecting that either. Reasonable prices and a great vibe make this one of my hometown favorites!

Dissappointed that i didnt listen to the poor reviews prior to ordering. Bought a stromboli for all but $20 and saying i was dissappointed is an understatement. It contained about as much steak as a steak sandwich. Breaking it down 10% steak, 25% dough, and 65% cheese. It was pathetic all around and will never buy anything from there again. I should ve went to Sals like that other post says.

Food is good and a decent value for the price. But its a pizzeria. Since the renovations there is no self service. A waitress has to serve you if you want to eat on site. Having to tip a waitress for two slices of pizza and a drink is ridiculous. They can make it as nice as they want inside but the menu still says its a pizzeria.

If you want a hoagie, and Italian Delite is open, stop in and order one. They are a few bucks more than the ones at Wawa or Sheetz, but WELL WORTH it. More meat, more cheese and most importantly... more flavor. I cant even bring myself to buying a hoagie anywhere else... the ones here are just that good!!

Just beware...My granddaughter and her two friends went there to eat, and because they were young, the waitress added a 20% tip to the bill. When questioned she told the girls this is how the waitress gets paid... really??? that is so wrong. I will never eat there again

Good food. Fast service. Definitely get your moneys worth with the sandwiches. Decent selection for individual slices. Good dessert selections. Very large selection of beers. Nice but small bar area.

When Carlos & Benny work, they make the BEST food and have such a wonderful friendly attitude! and Carlos Grilled Chicken Salad... ROCKS!!! good food, family atmosphere.. Highly recommend it!
