Sorely disappointed and surprised by the saltiness of the main dishes. It seems the dishes would be 5-stars if not for salt. Here is what my husband and I ordered: House salad with red pepper vinaigrette- bland, couldnt finish it. Caprese salad- SUPERB!! Tomatoes were ripe, red, and flavorful. Breaded shrimp w/ side of broccoli rabe- more salt than a McDonalds meal. It was choking. I couldnt finish it. Seafood ravioli-type dish- again, super salty. I dont get why?! Dessert- cannoli and tiramisu: awesome! The service was 110% impressive. We were sat quickly and each course was brought out quickly. The waiter was very attentive. Unfortunately I just cant understand why everything is grossly over salted. I could hardly choke down the leftovers the next day from my doggie bag. Will think twice before going back.

Delightful. This old tavern converted to a fine Italian restaurant presents dishes of unique and delicate flavors. From the antipasto with its carefully selected aged meats and cheeses, through the wide variety of unique entrees that challenge ones decision making process, to the desserts that include what my wife proclaimed as "the best Creme Brulee ever" (and she would know) our meal was simply fantastic. On top of that include your own wines that YOU have carefully selected to pair with each course and... in a word...YUM. The wait staff is hardly seen but always anticipating your needs. With your own wine in tow one can easily enjoy everything Antica offers for about $50 per person. We WILL be back.

Avery good first impression. Had house salad and octopus for appetizers, Gnocchi and Lobster&crab agnolotti and tiramisu for dessert. Big portions, great taste (particularly pastas and tiramisu), BYOB ($5 corkage), nice service and relaxed atmosphere. Well keep this place in mind when in the area, but will stick to one app, two pastas or entrees and one dessert, and help us G to finish it all : ).

Had lunch at Antica recently. Veal Coronato for me, a Veal Pizzaiola for my wife. Some of the best veal dishes weve in a long, long, time. The preparation was wonderful, the seasoning perfect, the ingredients fresh and delicious. Well definitely be back, and we live more than an hour away.
