Our first time here and unfortunately probably wouldnt go back. We waited over 5 minutes just for a waitress to come over and give us a menu. Our waitress didnt know the specials or what was on tap. We ordered the cheesesteak rolls app and while they were good.. not worth paying $10 for 3 rolls! Waited again a long time for food. BBQ steak wrap came out wrong (asked for no lettuce/tomato). Steak came out half raw. At that point just took out the steak and ate the wrap with the cheese and bacon. Didnt want to bother returning again! No salt and pepper on the table. Ketchup bottle empty that was given. Overall wouldnt go back. Prices are high for what you get and the waitress not so good at all!

stopped in last night on way home from work. pleasantly surprised. loved the house salad as it wasnt loaded with head lettuce and just the right size! last night was create your own pasta night, adequate choices but i guess I was expecting more. at any rate I liked my choices though after it came I realized my mistake was ordering the steak on the pasta since i prefer steak rare & thats not possible with this type dish. Bonus was plenty leftover for another meal at home. Only real drawback to this place is westbound traffic has to go way down to a traffic light turn around to get to it due to median barrier on road.

food was good ; The staff was very tentative....service was Awesome.... The Sidearm band was great...loved the music they played only thing wished they started earlier than that....10:30 pm is too late for some of my friends to come out to enjoy the food and music band. My friends including myself wished the band would start to play at least by or around 9 pm instead of 10:30 pm as they would have liked to come out but have to go to work the next day. Just a Request - will it be possible for the bands to play earlier than later....as there is a DJ playing in between sets. Thank you in advance. Nora Jones

Its great to see a business doing so well that they can turn down a party of 8. Walked in on a Saturday night for dinner and drinks, sign said seat yourself. We did that and 2 minutes later the manager came out and said you cant sit there because they cleared those tables for a party of 12. We asked were we can sit and she said go find a table yourself. Thank you for your welcoming manners. It was clear that she didnt want our business and we left.

Been at blackjax several times. Last 3 times have been very disappointing. Service is horrible. Tonight we walked in the door and told by someone to take menu and sit anywhere. Sat for 10 minutes and know one ever came to serve us. Walked out. The place was empty. Time before we had to wait for table. Waited 1 hour with know one else waiting and was never approached by staff to verify wait time. Walked out. NEVER AGAIN. DONE WITH THAT PLACE!!!!!

First time eating at BkackJaxs and I got the all you can eat wings. I was not really impressed with them. I would have really preferred just regular buffalo style wings but they didnt offer those. Unfortunately I am a bit of a wing snob and prefer Bdubs and havent found anything that stacks up locally. I definitely wount get wings if I ever go back.

Food wasnt bad, it just wasnt great. I had filet medallions, and the meat was cooked nicely but they topped it with gravy... Service was nice just different as in you sat yourself. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. Overall I shouldnt complain, but it was a bit of a drive for us and for all that we were hoping for more, but it was a nice dinner.

If youre into drinks and tv sports on the TVs youll love it. The food isnt the best. They home make the boneless wings not the same as when the had regular breaded wings. The ones I got were soggy. I drove 17 mile total round trip to return them because of it. I admit they rectified the situation so management is not bad..

There is one bartender here who is worth her weight in gold... The majority of the male bartenders are hipster wannabes who do not want to take care of customers unless you are another wannabe or a young woman who giggles at everything. The food is not that bad burgers are ok but not worth full price.

Dont go to this place. Poor service. We were not provided utensils. Waiter did not know bar pricing versus restaurant menu. Kids had severe diarrhea after eating there. Chicken tenders were overcooked with used oil. Waffle fries dry and Chicken wings not well cooked.

That waitress deserves a raise, the cook made the order completely wrong. The fries were good, the wings were. Good, and the cheesesteak rolls were always good, Youre lucky yall have her as a waitress though, that had been a terrible night for her indefinitely.

Place has gone down hill since they opened. Staff is terrible. They sprayed Lysol a LOT of it right next to us while we were eating. The waitress cleaned 4 tables with it. My husband was coughing. The clientele here is gross! No desire to go back.

Food -fish and chips - and service was great. Look forward to coming back. But the disgusting cigarette bowl when you walk in needs to be removed. Why you want your patrons to see that as the first thing at your front door is beyond me.

Was there last evening, drinks were weak, menu items unavailable (Fettuccine Alfredo). I asked for a lemon for my dry salmon and the waitress brought it to me in her hand !!! Crab Mac and cheese had no cheese!! Very bad first impression ..

Big place, especially the restaurant. Beer selection mostly average. Staff was friendly and fast. Food was good, got the cheesesteak rolls (think eggrolls) that were pretty good. Potato skins were decent, standard bar fare.

The food is very good, but they seem to have some issues with wait staff. If you sit at a booth it takes a long time for someone to come and help you after you sit down. If you sit at the bar you are helped much faster.

Cool place, fun karaoke night and love the all you can eat crab legs. Great cheap beer deals. Service is a little slow sometimes and food can take a while, thats why its not 5 stars. Definitely recommend checking out.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Overpriced food, inexperienced staff, bar tender on personal phone calls while serving, and on and on. Oh and dont get the chicken parm. Ive had better at fast food joints.

Stood at hostess stand for a bit before someone finally came and told us to seat ourselves. So we did and we sat and sat waiting for a server to even acknowledge us. Still waiting now. Not impressed so far!!

Great specials on Sunday and a pretty nice outside bar. We had been here a long time ago and I probably would have rated it a 1 then. We decided to go back and we were both really impressed by the food.

If you can get by the gauntlet of smokers blocking the entrance. The food isnt bad. Dont sit at the bar side tables, unless you enjoy being gauked at by the smokers. Prices are very reasonable.
