Well, I dont really recommend coming here for dinner (even if you have reservations) because you will end up waiting for at least 70 minutes. Fortunately for us, we found two empty spots at the bar almost immediately. We had the ceviche first and, omg, outstanding!! Ive had ceviche many of times in several different restaurants and even homemade but I would definitely rank Bonefishs ceviche in my Top 5. I just wish they gave us more... I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos we also had the salmon and the Lilys Chicken. Let me say the Tacos were awesome but the salmon had a sauce that was a little on the cold side. The Lilys Chicken was good but not as tasty as those awesome tacos. While service was only mediocre last night I cant really fault them for that because they had a very packed house last night. Our bartendress was efficient and very nice even though she was busy and maybe even overwhelmed. Were coming back when the house is less packed. Definitely worth a visit but just make sure you are ok with the long wait.

When my wife and I arrived for dinner last night we had an issue with our seating, where the hostess / seating team did what I felt was a poor job of getting us an acceptable table. I asked to see a manager, and the most wonderful manager came out to talk with me ... she set everything straight, got us a wonderful table, and checked in with me throughout our dinner to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. Bonefish has THE BEST seafood ... and sure, sometimes their busy, hard-working young staff may make a little service mistake, but if you take the time to chat with a manager, you will find their managers are awesome, and they genuinely care. The manager we met turned a bad experience into a great experience, and because of what she did Ill be sure to go back.

We went last evening and while the Bang, Bang Shrimp appetizer was great, my haddock was tasteless. So, the manager came over and I told her and asked for some more of the lemon-basil sauce for the top. The topping didnt seem to help so when the waitress came over and asked how everything was I told her my fish was just ok. She apologized and asked if she could get me something else. I declined since everyone else was almost done eating. My husband liked the salmon, sister liked the lobster tails & my brother-in-law liked his steak. Anyway, the bill came and even though i left my entire haddock (with the exception of 4 bites) there was nothing taken off of the bill. So, I got to pay for a meal i didnt even eat. Probably wont go back.

I made special reservations for Valentines Day at 6:45pm. We have 2 young kids and hardly EVER get out. We arrived at 6:30 only to find a line literally wrapped around the corner FOR...RESERVATIONS! They completely overbooked themselves. One person I spoke with in line had a 5pm reservation and had been waiting for a table for an 1.5 hours. Well...we checked in at 6:40, and we werent texted until 8:20 that our table was ready. Never again. The poor stewards at the front desk looked completely overwhelmed and were being chewed out left and right, meanwhile it was totally not their fault. To corporate and management, you need to handle your business, period. If you cant accommodate the traffic, dont continue to accept reservations.

I absolutely love Bonefish Grill! The Bang Bang Shrimp are unbelievable! However, if you do not like slightly spicy food I would avoid it. The shrimp are cooked to perfection and served on a bed of lettuce with chopsticks. Very nice presentation. For my meal I had the appetizer serving of crab cakes. The side sauce has wasabi in it so again if you dont like spicy this probably would not be the best bet for you. My husband had the salmon with an Asian sauce. The salmon was cooked just right and served with a side of au gratin potatoes. I could not stop eating my husbands dish (much to his displeasure!) Our waitress was unbelievably nice and attentive. Whenever we go there we have a great time.

Terrible! My son and his girlfriend made reservations for their 1st Valentines Day dinner together approximately 2 weeks ago. They made their reservation on-line for a 5:30p.m. seating. At 7:00p.m. they were finally seated. Are you serious a 90 minute wait when you have reservations? Why bother! Bonefish grill obviously overbook all seating times. No apologies were offered. You could of at least offered a free appetizers or dessert...but no! You displayed extremely poor customer service and appreciate . I will think twice before recommending or eating at this establishment in the near future!

First time to Bonefish and likely the last. The serving staff is excellent, however the food is anything but. I would also recommend avoiding the Margaritas, they are the worst Ive ever tasted, Ordered the "infused margarita" send it back, sickly sweet ordered their other Margarita..equally bad. Im from the west coast these guys dont have a clue what a Margarita should taste like. To their credit they took back both drinks and gave me a complimentary house cabernet that was actually pretty good. But the food was mediocre at best..so sorry I wont be back..but again kudos to the staff.

Perhaps the fanciest of the chain restaurants in the Exton Area. Overcrowded with tables and dimly lit (romantic?), youll still find a wait to get in. Once inside its a stricly cloth napkin and attentive server affair. Girls typically dress to impress, although there is no dress code. This a fish restaurant, and they do fish very well. There are a few options for the non-fish eater in your group. There are daily specials. There is a limited sunday brunch menu as well. Meal prices make this more of a special occasion eatery than a random weekday choice for most.

After a few years , going there for a dinner , this was my last time , without words , they dont care anymore , not even the manager , service is horrible about serving and taking orders , and they take so long to serve two people even when is not that busy , i had in this last time the crab and corn chowder and THE CRAB MEAT WAS BAD AT THE GRADE TO HAVE AMONIA TASTE ALREADY SO PLEASE DONT TAKE THE RISK , THIS PLACE IS NOT HOW JUST TO BE , IS A CARELESS RESTAURANT! AND ON TOP OF THAT AFTER ,COMPLAINING, THEY TOLD ME! OH WE THOUGHT YOU WAS JOKING HAHAHA!

This is the first time Ive been to Bonefish since January. I always get lime tomato garlic sauce on lightly blackened sea scallops and shrimp and while Ive had this many times, its never been as good as today. Bonefish stepped the quality of their food up higher than before. The scallops were MASSIVE. I was able to cut each one into bite sized quarters. The seasoning was perfect. Our server was Tyler and he was very kind. He made sure we were happy, our orders were correct, and that the food was delicious. 10/10 as usual for the Exton Bonefish.

Updated 6/22/2017: Its been several years since weve gone because the service wasnt good and the food was mediocre. This time around we waited 15 minutes for a server. Had no less than 5 servers walk by us and 1 manager. Saw several servers standing around chatting. Terrible. Cant review the food because we walked out. PS. We had a reservation- they knew we were coming and still werent prepared. Poor management. Never again.
