Panera is always great. I love their food and the environment. I usually come here to "get away" and/or do work on my laptop. This particular day, my order was messed up. I politely told the manager, and he made me a completely new (whole) sandwich (the sandwich I had was a half). He was very pleasant and willing to accommodate me. I later realized that my salad didnt have chicken in it (which it was supposed to come with), I informed him and told him it was fine (since I had eaten it already) and that I didnt want him to go through the trouble of replacing it or giving me anything free (lol). He insisted on giving me a bag of blueberry and orange scones. Made my day :). Im always happy with my panera experience, but its customer service like that that turns someone from a frequent customer to a loyal one.

Always love their fresh & delicious salads. Today had the Spicy Thai with Chicken (5*s). The staff are always friendly & helpful with information about the menu. 1st Time: Someone came by and removed our dishes for us while we were still chatting & still finishing my Sugar Free Plum Ginger Hibiscus Tea (I added 2 Splendas & it was excellent). Comfortable atmosphere, very clean. I highly recommend Paneras for all home-made, healthy & delicious Soups, Salads, & Sandwiches. Bakery items are out of this world - too good for words. Makes a great office party spread; Fresh baked bagels, breads, pastries, muffins for Sunday Brunches.

2nd time ordering salad, get home and salad not what I ordered. My green goddess had no chicken, no olives and no kale as I requested. When I complained to the manager he said bring it back. Not so easy when you are at work and also dont live near the store and Im Hungry. I hate that I cant get what I want without going our of my way. The manager needs to be REPALCED. My receipt says if they get it wrong, you get a free treat. I dont want a free treat, I want you to get it RIGHT and Manager, try Apologizing for the constant Mistakes

Very poor this visit.Salad was minus chichen ordered second salad for my friend , was not correct. I got chicken for my salad...Asked cashier to put sweet treats in 2 separate bags herself as I had a cane purse and drink taking up my hands additional treat purchased to be placed in one of bags....She was extremely annoyed. My friend and I by I to Paneras for a light dinner and some time to talk.This was a very bad evening .Manager was not contacted

The last two times getting their chicken Caesar salads they have been so skimpy in chicken,lettuce and dressing. Use to be so much I couldnt eat it all, not the case this time . Just very disappointing. Another thing was the service, not busy (this was 5pm on a friday) and I waited way too long and other people received their food before me (that came in after me). Oh I was taking out by the way.

I called to order 4 boxed lunches for 3 hours from now. Christopher told me he couldnt take any more orders for today. I asked him if I stopped in the store could I order 4 sandwiches and have them made and he replied yes then "I guess I can take your order." No thank you! I called the Wynnewood store and they were more than happy to assist me.

It has gone downhill. Bread was undercooked and smashed. Sandwich was poorly constructed. My eating companion reports the " French Onion" soup (not) was the worst she has ever had. Customer service has declined as well. Request to address complaints was responded to with blank stare. Will avoid in future. Too bad used to really like it there.

I go to panera a lot. Ive been to this location three times. Each time the wait was longer than the last. Last time I waited 15 mins and didnt even get to order so we left. The staff in this location are incompetent. There is only one cashier and others standing around dancing. Dont visit this location.

Good location. Spacious. But screwed up my meal. No croutons in the tomato soup. Taste was a bit off. Didnt put avocado when asked in the salad. Tomato mozzarella panini. A really simple fish was screwed up as well. Never coming back again until literally DYING of hunger.

Waited 30 minutes! 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes for food. Had to switch order to take-out because not enough time to eat. THEN 2 items wrong in the order! Wrong salad dressing and wrong bread. Plus staff not friendly at all. VERY disappointing.

After waiting 15mins in line for soup, and when I asked for a cup for water the manager Jeff said very rudely "we dont gave water for free here". After this I will not be giving my money to a company who treats their guests in an unprofessional way.

I ordered a caesar salad and when I got it, it was very dissapointing. It was bland and poorly put together. It was basically a bed of lettuce with one crouton and no cheese. The quality control at this location has gone down hill.

the worst panera Ive ever eaten out. ordered a steak and blue cheese salad. forgot the dressing and blue cheese! asked for extra tomatoes and frizzled onions and it seems like they gave me less than normal. honestly just awful.

Clean, bakery area is great, but they need more variety with soups. They never switch it up so you get tired of the same old...also I wish they would offer different dressings for the salad...but I guess this a chain thing...

Although I will not stop going to Panera I wish they did not change the system. If you want a toasted bagel you have to go where the sandwiches are made and wait and wait. Otherwise everything is good. Nicely redecorated.

The food and staff are great! The restrooms are outdated and not functional. The cabin in the restroom is shaky, the sink is ready to fall off the wall, oh and theres no paper towel dispenser. The hand drier is a joke!

Dont know what else everyone sees about this place. Almost no chicken salad on the chicken salad sandwich. Every table is filthy. Had to get water from the soda fountain and clean the table myself.

It always seems to be busy and there arent enough people on the registers. Other than that no real complaints. Decent place to sit and work as others have noted.
