Not the best burger in town. My first impression was their website, which I found incredibly helpful because i was able to order and pay for lunch from my office at work and quick go pick it up. When I arrived at Elevation burger my order was right on the counter ready for me to pick up. In and out with barely enough time to break my stride. So far, so good. I sampled some fries on the ride back to work, and was a bit turned off because they were slightly limp. But i waited till i was seated with my burger to really dive into things. I got to my lunch room and laid out my burger and fries. I looked at what was to be my lunch and wondered where the rest of it was. I know i just paid about $10 for a burger and fries So I was hoping there would be a bit more. Maybe this was going to be a Quality over Quantity meal. I was wrong on both ends. The fries looked like they were freshly made, but they were not crisp at all. This is by my best guess due to them cooking them in olive oil at not a high enough heat. I looked at my burger and it was mushed together with a flat bun and barely melted cheese on top. There wasnt a good sear on the meat to make it nice and crispy like a good flat top burger should have, and it just seemed deflated. First bite had a good flavor of a nice Cheddar cheese, but that was about it. The burger itself was barely seasoned and was too lean. This shouldnt be the case with some quality grass-fed beef. I should be tasting the beautiful flavor of the beef, not wondering why i spent so much on an ok burger and soggy fries. Elevation Burgers philosophy is well stated as "Ingredients Matter", and this is true, but being able to take those ingredients and make something wonderful out of them is also pretty important. This place needs to step up their game.

The kitchen area, very much on view of customers at the counter, was really disgusting. Bits of soggy fries and other detritus were scattered all around a sink area and the walls were splattered with food bits. It looked really unappetizing and, worse, unsanitary. I appreciate that the staff are working as fast as they can but cleanliness is so important. Ugh. And, sadly the burgers were really so-so. The veggie burger could have been ground up cardboard, frankly. The meat and veggie burger didnt seem like good food at all. The lettuce was all spine and no green. All around a very disappointing experience. Wont go back. Sorry but have to be truthful.

Their grass fed cattle burgers are different and better than the typical burger one generally gets. The rest of the ingredients are fresh and of better quality than I expected from a burger joint. The fries are cut fresh and are nice and crispy. Id give it 4 stars but they messed up both my wifes and my orders and charged us for a topping we never wanted nor got. Then they have these sirens that go off when different foods are ready. At one point, it sounded like we were eating next to fire house in the middle of a four alarm fire.

Yum! Our family loves elevation burger. They have options for the burger lover, vegetarian and vegan. You leave feeling well. They are nice, the food is good for you, and yummy. Their fries are made in olive oil and are really good too. My fiance says they have really awesome milkshakes. I am only giving them 4 stars because I dont want to talk it up too much. But its seriously the best burger place Ive been to by far. Definitely what burgers should taste like. And the veggie burger #1 awesome, way better than a boca burger.

Seriously outstanding burgers, with real cheddar slices on the cheeseburger. Sort of like, "You had me at hello." The fries are the string type, which I dont care for, but they include salt and vinegar packets at the condiments. Outstanding shakes in a fairly narrow range - choc, vanilla, strawberry -- but they are quite nice. A beautifully clean restaurant, which staff tend to after every table clears. They wipe, they sweep, and they ask you how your meal is. Tidy washrooms, too, so bonus points.

My expectations were set extremely high; however, I was somewhat disappointed. Not good but not horrible. The burger patties were very fresh but just bland! My burger buns were cold and cheese was not melted at all (which was cold as well). It sucks that they only offer cheddar cheese and Swiss opposed to American cheese being an option. I loved the taste of the French fries. It was seasoned just right. Just expected more but wasnt bad.

I was always on the fence about what was better five guys or elevation. My girlfriend said they have the best veggie burger. Their real burger is pretty good but if you are going out to eat with family and friends go to five guys. No wifi at elevation and no soda. They sell bottles of soda . 20 oz. for $2.45. No thanks. Go to five guys . Wifi for the kids and fountain soda in lots and lots of flavors.

This place is pretty solid. If youre in the mood for Five Guys, but could do with a little less fat, go to Elevation Burger and get a "Half the Guilt" with a #2 patty. The Half the Guilt comes with one grass-fed beef patty, plus one veggie patty, and they actually go pretty well together. The places fries are unremarkable, but their cinnamon-orange iced tea (unsweetened) is strong and awesome.

Waaaay too much hype! Thin, tasteless burger, skinny-thin fries that have no flavor. Cooked in olive oil? Theyre so thin you cant taste the olive oil, so whats the big deal? Unique pickle slices, but $2 for a reg self serve soda? Im a serious carnivore, so my feet, wallet, and appetite are going to FIVE GUYS in Bala! I give em 18-24 months and as Harry K says, Theyre outta here!

IT IS NOT HEALTHY !!! You cant take good organic grass fed meat and load it with crap on top of it, and call it healthy if your going to try to be organic everything has to be organic including the condiments and toppings (veggies). also the ice cream is conventional so is loaded with hormones and antibiotics. THIS IS JUST A VERY EXPENSIVE MC Donalds.

Fries were reminiscent of heat lamped wilted fries we used to get at intermission at the Drive In Movie. No taste, Greasy! Not a bargain at $2.59. Veggie Burger was tasty. It took more than 15 minutes to get my food after placing and paying for the order. Fast food its not. No worth the $$

Ive eaten in the Elevation Burger restaurants in the Washington, DC metro and cant wait for this restaurant to open. The double cheeseburger (called the Elevation Burger) is the best burger Ive had under $10 and the fries cooked in olive oil are addicting. See you there!!!
