Food is always very consistent and pretty good; worth the extra money for the quality that you get versus fast food, (McDonalds, etc.). The place is always very clean; they do a good job at maintaining it. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Considering what it is, mind you we are talking about a burger place here, its very good.

Wow! First time here and I fell in love. I liked being able to create my own burger. We ordered and got our food in about 10 minutes, and it came out piping hot. The fries are so fluffy and delicious. You can tell everything was made with quality ingredients. The staff was friendly too. Definitely would come back!

Burger was so tiny I thought it was the kids by accident. Literally it was the size of one patty on a big Mac. Lettuce was red on the edges and flimsy. Tomato was orange. Shouldve gone to Burger King instead.

We waited 40 minutes to get out food. The burgers were cold; however our fries were hot and very good. The milkshake seemed smaller than usual. The service was friendly but seemed understaffed this evening.
