The food there was great nothing to complain about the quality of food coming out. What was extremely disappointing was the entire service. After ordering our main meals with endless fries youd expect to a decent number or fries on your basket. My husband and I only recieved only a small handful of fries making us have to constantly ask the waiter, Michael for more fries. A previous experience before this one, we got a basketful of fries and was worth the money I paid for. That wasnt even the part that really ruined my experience though. The part that really ruined my whole night was when Michael the waiter, took it upon himself to order the desert for us. My husband said he wanted to try the donut desert. I did not express any desire to have desert. Michael then reached to the monitor and ordered the donuts. Observing him press the buttons super fast on the screen to select our choice for desert, Michael selected the more expensive choice of the desert. Barely giving us time to select the option ourselves or even discuss it with one another. So what could have been a $6 desert turned into a $9 desert. My husband and I were angry at the fact that he didnt give us a choice to go with the smaller option. The easiest thing he couldve done was to leave after presenting us with the choice to order the different portion size but he didnt. I felt completely cheated and felt forced to eat something I personally didnt want to eat. Ultimately ruining my night. Because of this, they just lost customers. I dont think Ill be dining here again. I would have been better off dining at Texas Roadhouse next door instead. At least the service would have been exponentially better. And wouldnt have made me feel completely cheated. Ugh. Never again.

Worst food experience weve had from a chain reataurant. Please note, our server was AWESOME at handling the issues below. We did have our whole meal comped by the manager and wed give the location a second chance in the future. We know this is not the norm for a Red Robin. With that said: We are a family of 4; two adults and two kids. This restaurant was packed, as was every restaurant on this particular Saturday evening. We had already tried 3 others. They either requires reservations or had over and hour wait. We were quoted a 10 minute wait to be seated and it took over 20. Our onion ring tower was great and tasted as expected. Our meal food, however, took a long time to come out. Once we received it, it was rather inedible. Fish and chips were cold, over cooked, and saturated in oil. Fries, on everyones plates, were nasty cold and oil saturated. Beef dip sandwich was cold, so much so the cheese was fully hardened back up (supposed to be melty and warm). Hamburger was barley warm, let alone hot, and was served on a freezer burned bun that was flaking apart. The only plate that came out halfway decent was the clocks and fries. The chicken was at least hot. We know this was not our servers fault, its not like it sat in the window for a long time. We watched her, she checked for our food multiple times, and even came to us and apologized that it was taking so long. We assume they held 3 of 4 plates in the kitchen, maybe waiting on the chicken/clicks to fry?!

Super good Red Robin store! Ive been to the ones in NY, Allentown, NJ etc, but the food and service here are remarkable here! Since it automatically requests the tip when you check out with the electronic machine, rarely do I bother to leave cash for the service. Ill just choose the tip and add it into my bill. However this time the waitresss service made me leave cash to honor the service and food. Food amount: plenty Taste: superb--- COD fish; mushroom fried; Bonzai burger, and especially the bottomless root beer~ Service: amicable; efficient; helpful

My self and my husband went to Red Robin for our first time , waitress took our order,, gave us our beverages, 2 tables came in and ordered ..got their food,, I asked nicely how long will it be as we were there already 45 minutes. Waitress said she would check on our order,, then came back and asked us once again what we wanted as if our original order vanished. We got up and left. We never did that before but waitress seemed as if it was ok.. no apology..nothing. Never go back there again.

This place is great for large groups and small children, but the tables are very close together and Ive been trapped between screaming children several times, a definite mood killer. Last visit (March 2017) I was charged for a change of cheeses on a burger (not additional cheese, just a request of a different variety) and paid for a bottle of water instead of just tap water. Was it an issue with their water supply or just a way of charging more? Definitely a hit-or-miss restaurant.

Was here 4 lunch on my bday. Told the server wanted my burher rare and if I could not have it rare I will order something else. I was assured no problem. Came out well done at,that point everyone else was eating and I did not want to wait for them to make something else. If you like your good over cooked the go here. I wont be back. Manager was useless they took the,burger I didnt eat off the bill. Wow how generous.

I really like this place. Its one of the few places that we can go that will serve my daughter a gluten-free meal, and make sure that its not cross contaminated. Thats very important bacause she has celiacs disease. Some places that offer gluten-free menu items dont prepare the food separately than their regular items.

Went there with husband before to go see a movie. Yes you have to wait but they really get you seated . As fast as they can . Really good food . And you can watch sports while you wait for food. They also have these hand held where you can order your food or drinks and pay for your food. So you dont have to wait .

Great food and fast service. The fact they have the kiosks where you can play games, pay your bill and do other misc things is a fantastic idea. They dont pester you while your eating constantly and always quite friendly. Ample parking and always great food.

Terrible service, too long of a wait for the waiter to come over and take our drink order (which was only 2 waters). When the food FINALLY came to the table after waiting 35 minutes it was wrong and terrible!!! We will never return to this restaurant.

Always have high hopes when arriving, always leave disappointed. Food is average, service is average. Every time I go, something needs to be sent back. Something is either cold or doesnt have the right toppings. Onion rings are usually great though.

Food was alright but service was awful. Got into the restaurant right away and then waited 15 minutes and didnt see any waitress, then had to ask the manager who then got us drinks. From there service was still lacking refills took a very long time.

Good variety of burgers, even for vegetarians and vegans they have a Gardenburger which I am looking forward to trying. I have had their regular and turkey burgers and they are very tasty. You never leave there hungry and the staff are pleasant.
