We found this place when we just happened to be driving through the town looking for some good hiking, and it didnt look like much from the outside but we like trying new breweries. We almost didnt go as there wasnt much parking, but gave it a shot. Honestly didnt expect much from a small brewery that kind of looks like a store....but....WOW WE WERE SURPRISED!!! This place was fantastic! Nice and cozy on the inside, very friendly staff and a great selection of beers!! I didnt expect much outside of your kind of standard beers, but that had a little bit of everything! We all did a few samples and everyone loved everything! Was very hard to pick what to actually get. If you like different kinds of beers this place is for you!! So we grabbed some beers and placed some food orders. The food was on another level! Nothing like your standard "bar food". It was some beautifully plated and tasted fantastic! We then grabbed a bottled beer from the road and a super cool wooden bottle opener. The whole trip we just wanted to make our way back as the beer and food were fantastic, but sadly it was so far from where we were staying. Next time. I hope one day to make it back or at least get some off their beer out in Chicago! My recommendation is go out of your way to try this place!!!

The Hungarian Mushroom Soup was literally the best Ive had anywhere, and that is pretty much my favorite kind of soup so Ive tried it all over. Their mushroom sandwich was one of the best sandwiches of any variety Ive had, not least because they use the same ample portions of local maitake mushrooms found in the soup. Their selection of house made sauerkraut was quite impressive and Ive never had gingerbread like theirs before. The only thing I didnt care for was their pickles... which stood out because everything else (in their home-pickling selection in particular) was so good.

What a wonderful surprise! The beers and ginger beer were stellar, the fondue and accompanying bread/salami/apples unforgettable. Wished we had been hungry enough to eat more. We also loved that they do "house ferments" (kraut, kim chee, etc) that you can eat in house or buy jarred. They do crowlers for take away beers, which is so convenient. The people behind it seem to really promote sustainable agriculture and permaculture so we felt great about supporting them. The town is beautiful as well, this place is a must stop.

One of the best breweries Ive visited anywhere, including Colorado where we live. Over 30 taps including beer, cider and even probiotic drinks! And unlike many breweries that simply specialize in beer, this place has incredible food. The salmon chowder was bursting with flavor. Finally, the ambience was really nice whether sitting inside or out in the beer garden. Looking forward to returning to this gem on the Oregon Coast.

This place has a great beer selection but the sandwiches are BYOM (bring your own meat). Three of us had two different sandwiches and it was very difficult to find the meat. While we were eating two women bicyclists came in and we noticed one of them complained about this and she got a box with some extra meat. So enjoy the beer but dont order a sandwich if you need protein.

We found this place to be somewhat confusing. The layout and process to order food and beer seemed kind of disorganized. The dark ale and IPA we got were good, but other than these two beers they only had several fruity saisons (which we just dont like too much). The food we got was pretty good, but overall our experience here was not what we expected from a brewery.

This place is great! The customer service was spectacular. The food had so much going on. I didnt even know there were so many flavors you could combine in food. Then you have the beer. Small house section, but all great, and they supplement it with other Oregon brewers. Not far from the beach. It would be a great stop for anyone passing through.

Terrific little brewpub. Twenty some taps, 4 ciders, multiple excellent saisons, great use of fruit with certain brews. The big "surprise" was the creative tasty food! Much better than typical pub fare (a bit more expensive too). Two in the group are celiac and said the gluten free options were the best food theyve had at a restaurant recently.

What a gem we stumbled upon! Yachats Brewery had delicious food, creative house crafted ferments (kim chi, kraut, pickles...), and the most perfectly refreshing beers (try the cranberry sour!) after a day of driving down the coast. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed and the crew running the place was awesome.

27 microbrews available, many of them made on site. Intriguing menu, emphasizing locally-produced items such as smoked tuna, assorted pickled items, and maitake mushrooms. Yum! There is something for everyone here, culinary ingenuity and comfy delicious takes on favorites, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Seriously cool place. Ridiculously good beer and wide selection. Best brewery food weve ever had too (were from Bend and have had our share of brewery food). Cool vibe too. Lots of cool books on permaulture and organic farming. Definitely going back before we head back over the mountains.

OMG. Such great, fresh and creative food. If they have the carrot and ginger soup, GET IT. Was arguably the best meal I had on my trip. The environment is cool and welcoming, the staff friendly, the beer selection was fantastic and the food...well what more can I really say. 5 stars.

Weve been in many brewpubs across the country, and this has, by far, the best food. The Beet Latkes are out of this world!! The "Ferment Flight, too. Better than most stand-alone restaurants. Oh, and the beer was good, too. Nice atmosphere and service.

This place is so good. Great beer options, amazing people and service, the food is second to none. Was not expecting to find something this good in such a small town. Definitely a highlight destination for any vacation or trip. Gluten free options rocked!

This place sure has changed in the past few years. I remember when this was more store than brewery with only a couple fermentation tanks and mostly guest taps. Now its mostly brewery with a ton of delicious house made wild beers and a unique menu.

Very cool joint with a large selection of craft beers. Their food is original, extremely fresh (all local produce) and superbly prepared. The falafel salad and red beet latkes are amazing. Im so glad we found this place on our way through Yachats.

Not your typical craft brewery. 30 beers etc on tap, great locally soured food, fermented products made here, info on brewing , gardening and supplies. Staff very friendly and helpful and beer being bottled soon! Oh, and the beers are outstanding!

Food was awesome and the venue is very unique with lots of exposed wood. Outdoor seating area with roll up door to the street side. No music was playing while I was there but they have a stage in front of the fermentation vessels.

This is the hidden gem - its the kind of place where you should pay 3x the price they ask. The food was some of the best Ive ever had, the service was amazing and the vibe is great. Go. And then come back to say thank you.

Amazing food, the patty melt is big enough for two or one hungry appetite! The atmosphere is amazing and staff was very friendly. Their menu is not your typical menu, I would consider trendy and excellent!
