Sunset Family Pizza takes extreme pride in going above and beyond in both quality and service. The pizzas are simply like none youve ever tasted. The menu suggestions are unique and flavorful (think housemade garlic cream sauce and fresh, local ingredients), but you can also customize just about any combination of toppings you can think of. The entire staff, from the kitchen to the counter to the management, is at the top of their game. Spike and Tommy run a flawless ship, and Crystals professional attitude and attention to detail display a maturity well beyond her years. I can not recommend this spot more highly. Stop in, you will not be disappointed.

Came in to the pizza place to grab a pizza to-go. Ordered our pizza and cheese bread. Paid for our meal, then sat in the waiting area. When our order was done, the young man (the same young man who took our order, and paid) requested payment again! Um, no. Then as we are walking out I sneak a peek at our pizza and bread.. pizza looked ok, but the bread sticks were onion rings. Had to go back in and have them fix it. Returned to our hotel, to eat cold pizza and burnt bread sticks. Gross pizza, service was not great either. Dont plan on returning.

This is the place I was looking for! Margarita pizza was amazing. Fresh, hand grown, basil on an olive oil and garlic brushed crust. People were so very nice. Large, very clean atmosphere with my favorite baseball team hitting a home run just as the owner serves me a pint of deliciously local micro brew. This is the place to eat in town. Bring the family and play some arcades, or eat alone to a beautiful ocean view. I understand the argument for some nice ovens, but for small town, I feel like a winner.

This pitza was truly the WORST we have EVER eaten! It tasted horrible. The pitza sauce tasted like canned tomato soup. It wasnt cooked, the uncooked canned garlic was so strong that it burned our mouths and stomachs and my mouth broke out with swollen taste buds, and we got really bad stomach aches. We called them and they refunded our $40. They didnt seem suprised when we told them that their pitza was so horrible that we couldnt even eat one slice!

Drove into Gold Beach late, this was the only place we could find that was still open. Although it was close to closing time, the staff was gracious and didnt rush us. We ordered the Chicken Delight pizza and it was delicious. One of the best tasting pizzas that Ive had in quite some time. A great find. Thank you for treating us so well. We will definitely eat here again when we pass through Gold Beach.

We got the sunset pizza and two different kind of hot wings. Everything tasted great! Lots of meat on the wings, and the pizza had a lot on it too. Only complaint is the pizza wasnt very warm, and the crust was a bit tough , probably because it had sat a bit for delivery. Im sure going into the restaurant would have made that different. All in all though great pizza, delivery driver was very nice too.

Sometimes its hard to find something for everyone while your visiting on vacation. This place made it easy with a great menu featuring much more than just pizza. Just what my bunch of picky eaters needed. I had the Combo pizza and it was FANTASTIC. Great crust and a good amount of toppings. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone.

This isnt the best pizza I ever try, but they really try their best. I honestly hate pizza, and there are only few places I can eat it (most of them in Italy, very sad). We stop here because we had a quite bad experience with other restaurant... So this one saved our day. Pretty good prices and as I mention before they really try to make a good pizza.

Im particular about crust, and the crust on my pizza at Sunset Family Pizza was firm and crisp - exactly like it should be. The ingredients seemed fresh and the vegetables not overcooked as they can be on pizza. Very family friendly, open space - well lit (again, unusual for a pizza place) and a great view of the ocean. Ill certainly be back.

Pretty good food, both pizza, salad and apps, at least compared to other places in the area and for this price range. Kudos for fresh veggies in the salad and on pizza, no complaints from a vegetarian. But the are things to improve for the last star: the bathroom, general cleanness and the selection of beverages could be larger.

So glad we discovered Sunset Family Pizza after a long 8 hour drive from Portland to spend the night in Gold Beach before heading home to Sacramento. Amazing pizza with generous veggie toppings and excellent non-greasy crust. Fun atmosphere and very friendly service too!

I had the cold seafood platter. The oysters were amazing. Everything else was so-so. My boyfriend had prime rib. Very fatty. The corn chowder was beyond bland and no chops (it says Chop House) so, disappointing. Our drinks took forever. Coming back? Doubtful.

Great pizza. They are not shy with the toppings which is nice. We were there with a large party of people and tried a lot of different pizzas. The Mediterranean was my wife and Is favorite. The place was really busy and the pizza still came out fast.

We loves this pizza!!! The full combo is what we always order. We make it part of our summer vacation coastal excursion (drove 650 miles) to make this our dinner stop. The Caeser salad is strong on the flavor! Love it!! Good for kids too.

The margherita pizza was fantastic and they have several local brews on tap. There are plenty of comfortable booths with window views and a large seating area in the back. Friendly and fast service, and it seems to be a local favorite.

Unfortunate, slow and apathetic service yielded a greasy and disappointing pizza. I made the unhappy decision to use their bathroom and was met with filth, broken automatic features, lockless doors, and no paper towels.

Mechanically pressed pizza, which destroys any possibility of a decent crust. Chef salad was reasonably tasty. No unlimited refills on soda. French fries were okay, and @$3 for a pound, well priced.

Nice atmosphere and workers but need more young kid games . Took my granddaughter for her birthday to enjoying what we could on games that were there. She had a good time. So 1-10 it would be a 6.

The best pizza. We drive 600 miles and are happy to drive an hour more for this pizza. How they can make a combo pizza with a crust that stays crunchy all the way to the middle. Awesome!!!

You can get vegan cheese on your pizza here and it is the best vegan pizza I have ever had, bar none. Pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. So good Im posting this review mid meal.
