Customers were obligated to wait in long lines to order since over the hour I was there only one cashier was taking orders. I only saw the managers once. Customers then had to bus their own tables. Two woman were obligated to sit at a table that had half eaten food, condiments and napkins covering the floor at their feet since no other tables were available and no dining room attendant was around. When I ordered bagels to do through their online rapid to go system I had no choice but to wait for over 20 minutes to get my order. Apparently they had ran out of a type of bagel so instead of calling me or texting me I had no choice but to wait in the long line to talk to their only cashier about my super slow-to-go order. This Panera restaurant could learn a lot from the Panera restaurant off of Butler Road in Hillsboro, Oregon.

This place used to be awesome when they opened but they have gone down hill. Almost every time I go here now something is wrong with my food, but I have only complained once or twice because I live near and want to continue to go here but I cant anymore, no chicken with some foods that I specifically ordered with, the bread is usually to hard to eat. And ice in a while the drive through crew is messing around in the kitchen. I hope things shape up soon.

The food was fine, the service was okay. But the manager was loudly discussing the problems with the restaurant to the employees in the eating area among the customers. Specifically how the tables and bathrooms were unsanitary. The whole thing was very unprofessional and he even made a comment about the incompetence of the customers.This was definitely the worst Panera that Ive been to.

Horrible horrible horrible! The Cashier was super rude. The food tasted absolutely horrible. The restaurant was a mess we had to clean our own table and chairs. We asked the manager if they could clean up around and we got a nasty attitude. I love Panera but i will definitely not be coming back to this Woodburn Location.

Sad experience. I had received a free bagel coupon, and drove from work to the restaurant on a short 30 minute lunch break to realize that my free bagel was placed for tomorrow and not today. To come in, and order something and then find its not free is a sad thing, and I left without my bagel (I couldnt enjoy it).

Panera has always been my go-to in the suburbs where edible food options are few and far between. But on this visit, I was disappointed. While service was friendly, I was overcharged for my "Pick 2" items, the spoon I was given had food encrusted on it, and my Caesar salad contained several brown, wilted pieces.

Horrible service... we walked in and 2 guys and a girl chatng with a friend about her phone. None of them even looked our way... our panera greets everyone. The guys finally went back to the kitchen but female employee kept chatting. We turned around and left. We will not recommend it to anyone. Blah

The absolute worst service! Food was at best ok if you received the right things that you ordered. When asked to please replace rotten apple with bread, the gal rolled her eyes. Tables all were so sticky people were putting there food in to go containers as we did. Will not even discuss bathrooms.

Love this place! Great choices, which are so much healthier than the local fare. Service is quick with easy to go options. The food is very tasty. Love a place with good soup and salad. Very reasonably priced.

The server was friendly, but the coffee was brewed very weak. It also took about 7 minutes to get a bagel toasted to go. Bagels and coffee are the staple products, people! You have to nail those!
