Literally the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Never been there before so I rhought why not? Go in and this nice lady hands me a list with pictures of all the stuff. I look over and she walks away. A new lady is at the register. I pointed at what I wanted and said I want the broccoli and cheese bread boel and she rings up, doesnt give me a final price and i pay. I wait 30 minutes for my to go order which was a little much. Then i finally grt it and its not even a bread bowl. The ladt rang up the wrong thing and charged me over 10 dollars for one bowl of soup! I was so frustrated i asked for my original order and she said i didnt order that. I told her i even pointed to what i wanted and she kept saying i was lying. What purpose would i have to lie about getting a cheaper order? I ended up keeping the order because i was already late returning to work. Only giving one star because the soup was actually pretty good, but not worth 10 dollars!!!

I used to love this place, however my last several experiences there have been very bad. On more than one occasion they have not included orders which I didnt notice until I got home and had no sandwich. On another occasion I found edamame in my salad that had no edamame in the recipe, which isnt usually a big deal except that I am deathly allergic to it (soy, edamame is pure soy bean). Then today they didnt have my lettuce(?) and then I asked for a lettuce mix without kale and was provided with lots of kale and very disgusting and soggy lettuce, and missing several of the toppings it should have. I am very disappointed after years of visiting this restaurant and many other Paneras. I am willing to give one more try in a few months maybe but probably not.

I used to be a regular at this Panera location, the staff is very nice and the food is always great! There is this employee named J** there that always touches me, tells me long inappropriate stories with vulgar imagery, asks me really uncomfortable questions and in general makes me never want to return there ever again. Every time I see he is working I try to avoid him because of how uncomfortable he makes me feel. One time I asked one of the female employees if this was normal for him and they said unfortunately yes. I feel bad that they have to deal with him on a regular basis. I wish I could still come to this Panera location without getting harassed because otherwise it is a great place to eat!

Havent had Panera Bread in a long time, so my girlfriend and I decided to try out the breakfast. Service was fine, the food was a hot mess. We both got the turkey sausage egg white breakfast sandwich. The food could not be contained by the small sliver of bagel. After my first bite the inside literally crumbled all over my plate. This is not what I consider finger food, but I was resorted to it in order to finish the sandwich. I ordered an Iced Chai which was so sweet it was undrinkable. I poured out some of it and added ice coffee but it didnt help. Than I asked God for help and he said please dont go there again so I wont.

After a six month long abstinence from Panera due to cleanliness in their kitchen, my wife and I decided to try it one more time. This was the last time. We arrived around 3:20pm to find out their supply of pastries had run out. Nearly every pastry they normally have was out of stock and they refused to make more since their Baker has gone home for the day. How are you to run a business thats known for their baked goods and pastries when you send your Baker home in middle of your service? If youre interested in picking up pastries here at this location, look the there way. I will not be eating at Panera ever again.

If they dont have the bean soup this place becomes worthless, Im sorry but its true. You can make all of this stuff at your house for easier. The only thing worth it is the bread bowls. Are you seriously going to pay 7$ for a club sandwich? Go to the store and make it yourself, or are you to good for that? Probably since youre looking at reviews for this place. If you want a sandwich go to subway. Their Mac and cheese is also really good but its like 5$ for about 200 calories worth so its a rip off. Again though, their bean soup bread bowl is amazing.

I love Panera Bread I go several times a month I had never been to this store/restaurant went in ordered the Autumn Squash with the cranberry turkey flatbread my favorite when I received it and picked up my spoon to dip it in my soup it had stuck food on it like someone just had it in their mouth, ugh, grossed me out! I asked for a refund and the manager herself DID NOT even seem concern or symphathic at all, strange dont you think? Needless to say I will not being going to this store/restaurant at all. I DO NOT recommend this store/restaurant.

We love Panera, and often stop at one when we travel. The Panera on Nyberg Road, however, is not as good as others. The salad is smaller than it used to be, and inconsistent. You cant count on the same ingredients each time. The very tiny little butters for the french bread are not out as in other stores, so for about a half teaspoon butter you need to go and ask for it. Its just not worth the price any more. Someone apparently has been told to cut corners, and we find that sad.

The food is the same food at every location. Its good, of course. This location has a history of getting your order wrong, and when youre dropping enough money to go to a real restaurant, it seems a little... ... pricey... at least when you get home, and have to go back (or compromise) because some minimum-wage paid chucklehead gave you chicken noodle instead of cheddar broccoli.

Overpriced and bland. Im not a usual panera bread patron, but got a gift card for my birthday and decided to get a few meals there. Every single time, without fail, was a complete disappointment. The food had little flavor, the apples came from tiny town, the meat was barely there... The list goes on. So frustrating to pay a premium price for crap food...

We came by because our power was out after a wind storm with no time line for it to come back on. Everyone was really nice and didnt mind that we checked for available outlets before we ordered or that we stayed until our phones were full. Plus the breakfast sandwiches were just the right size. They have outlets at every table which is against a wall.

I have a teenage daughter that worked for this Panera very briefly and the staff/ trainers at this establishment are completly unproffesional and abusive. I have never been to a Panera and wont ever due to how poorly they treat thier staff. My child described them as bullies, I wont be surprised if they are involved in a lawsuit in the near future.

I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to go yesterday afternoon, and have been sicker than a dog with food poisoning for a day now. Read some reviews on panera bread food poisoning in google... and you will find i am definately not the first or only one. I will no longer support this chain. It is so not worth getting sick!
