Arrived 12.23pm Writing this review as I continue to wait. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, no server for another 7 minutes, I had to flag one down to take my order. The inside was very cold they kept opening the door to go in and out to the patio side of the restaurant. Its now 12.40pm when I ordered.When I get my food I will continue the review, I am sure it will be cold or overcooked or under cooked. It arrived fast 12.48pm. It was undercooked. Ordered medium well got medium rare. Waitress was very nice thought I had said medium rare. I am getting another one prepared. Oh, fries are great.its now 12.56 great burger, just has to wait too long. If this place is going to be successful for the long term they will need to improve the wait time for busy people like me.

Every time I come here, my food is made incorrectly. When I came here tonight, they messed up my order yet again. She said I will credit you, or make a new burger. I told her, since this is my dinner, Id like a new one. She told me it would be 15 minutes. I stood there, in front of the register for 35 minutes before I said forget this, I want a refund. This place never makes a correct order, the service is beyond slow and I am done patronizing this establishment.

Bad service, order 4 burgers, fries and tots. I was told it would be ready in an hour. Arrived an hour later the food wasnt ready waited another 20 minutes. The tots were over cooked. This was the second time I came to this location both times the service was bad. I would suggest going to the Santa Rosa location this location is awful. Inexperienced cooks and staff.

Super friendly staff. Burgers are excellent. Ive always received my burgers exactly like I ordered (med-rare). If you have room for dessert, the shakes are awesome. Made the "old_school" way. If I had a complaint, it would be that they dont offer a single serving of French fries. Their small $4 basket is more than enough for two.

Been here twice this week while on vacation. Both times the service was outstanding - they really make me feel like theyre happy to see me. Great burgers - good quality meat, cooked just right. Lots of bacon, guacamole etc on there. Root beer floats are good too. Ill be coming back when I crave a burger done right.

Best burgers all the way around. Great service, we got there 15 minutes before closing and the waitress was kind enough to allow us a take-out order. Watch out when ordering the fries. A large is about the size of a full lunch bag. Youre never going to walk away hungry.

Great food! the fries are my fave, at some point you need to order a shake too and the burgers are just so good every time, I feel like I dont even need to mention them because they are the standard for burgers in the bay area.

The food is delicious and I absolutely love the customer service in Santa Rosa. Unfortunately the same cant be said for this place. We ordered ahead of time and the cashier Trinity was incredibly rude. Cant say wed be back.

Tasty burgers. But i go to a burger place like this so i can order my burger cook to a certain wellness. Everytime I go it is a hit or miss. The miss is they over cook the burger.
