This is from two experiences: First time I came in with a few friends, and Jack in The Box only had TWO employees working in the kitchen/counter. They looked very distraught and exhausted, running all around the kitchen trying to fill customers orders. Later, I saw a man wearing a tie walk out from back, which Im making an educated guess that it was the manager. I never once saw him trying to help his employees out in the kitchen, even though they were very distressed. He did not seemed concerned at all. Food took a little time to get because of the lack of employees, but I dont blame them. Management should have put more employees on that shift, it was very cruel of them to have two people working the whole restaurant, especially at dinner time. Experience two: One night, my friends and I were driving around, and we were all hungry, so we decided to stop at Jack in the Box to get some grub. It was a Friday, so they close at 12. It was 11:40 when we pulled into the drive thru, but the lady informed us they were closed, yet they were serving two cars ahead of us. This was really disappointing. I work in the food industry, and I know you dont actually close until 15 minutes after the posted closing time. I can relate to wanting to close early, but 20 minutes early? And you tell us youre closed when youre serving two other vehicles? Very disappointed.

Manager "jose" is a joke. A jerk. And the way hes running his restaurant is ridiculous. My wife and i stopped in while walking the dogs to pick up some food on the way to the park. After placing our order, i asked for a cup for water. I had brought one of those powdered packs that add flavor to your water. While waiting forever i asked for a cup for water. I filled my water and while still waiting i poured my flavor thing into my water. Ince thr manager saw my cup, out loud, he asked "u gonna pay for that????" I said "excuse me, it was just one of these koolaid things, why would i steal a drink after spending over $10 on food here?" He laughed and said "right" at that point, i set my water down on the counter and left my koolaid wrapper next to the cup and told him "here, i wont drink it" he still refused to apologize. Worst service. Orders are NEVER right and the wait is terrible.

Ive been here 5 times. Every single time I use the drive though its a 5+ minute wait... if youre lucky. You may think thats not too long, but its about a song on the radio and a half. And like I said, thats when theyre feeling fast. Ive waited around 10 minutes behind some guy, Im guessing because they had to cook something? They didnt tell the car in front to go park and wait? It boggles the mind how these people can take so long. Back when I worked food service I would not be able to get away with the excuses these guys give me when I ask them why its such a long wait.

I come here because Im on a budget & I get $100 Gift Cards from CardCash for 20 % off sometimes more...What I like about Jack in the Box is the Freestyle machine has more different flavors than others...Including the MelloYello Zero Limeade....& I like the 2 Tacos for $1.29.....& The receipt surveys for 1/2 of Jumbo Jacks....As far as Customer Service its slightly Bi-:Polar...One day all nice & everythings great the next upside down....But show me a fast food place where everything is great all the time & I will show you the 80s....!!

I ordered a number 6 and a Jr jumbo jack and garlic fries. Well got my order, which I bought for my girlfriend, I drove to my girlfriends work and there was no fries from the combo or a receipt. So I call the Manger and he just argued with me that the garlic fries didnt get charged because they were part of the combo, yet I ordered garlic fries as not part of the combo plus I was charged for them. Currently I am no longer going to this location and will be in contact with the corporate office!

Didnt get what I paid for! This is unacceptable. I called and was told it was a training issue...really? who half fills fries without being instructed to do so. Nobody is falling for that ridiculousness! I have heard and experienced other local fast food places tell staff to cheat customers in this way...that is not how you treat customers.

Every time i go there at night for a milkshake i get either the machine is broken or they are out of shake mix. When its blatantly obvious after the 10th time they just are too lazy to make them. Im tired of wasting my gas to hear the same thing to then be offered a soda instead. This jack n the box has always had the worst employees

I dont eat fast food anymore, but when I first moved here, this place was so frustrating. The hours online are completely different than what they actually were. You never knew if they would be open or not. Theyre food was always sub par and rarely got our order right. I suggest you go elsewhere.

horrible customer service and the woman behind the counter was totally rude and doesnt understand kindness at all, she should b fired for being rude, not helpful at all and she had a look on her face that said she has violent tendencies. her name started with a G. but she is a B.

Worst customers service Ive ever been too , food was crapy, curly fries were not fresh, half of them were regular fries!!!!!...They messed up my order & had to drive back. "Never going back" great way to spend $40 bucks I rather go eat at a taco stand!!!!

The food is good for fast food, but this location is so slow, dont be in a hurry and come here. There is a kids menu, breakfast options available all day, a late night menu, and some items unexpected at a burger place like egg rolls, or tacos.

Service was terrible. There was only one person helping customers. I was able to get to the front of the line because the people in front of me left after waiting 10 minutes and not being helped. After I placed my order, they screwed it up.

The only reason I gave it a three star was due to me ordering three meals deals and only got sandwiches. Food was great but by the time I realized what happened , I was already back at work. Lesson learned, always check the bag!

Great food, when its not busy... if it is busy your food might taste like someone elses order, I got a ultimate bacon cheeseburger and the 2 bites I had tasted like jalapeno poppers... soo much so that I lost my appetite. .

I hate it there food is expensive and I had to Wait 17 minutes to get my food and when I asked them about it they looked at my receipt and said "oh ya" and grabbed it from the back! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST FOOD!!!

Milkshake machine hasnt worked three different times I tried to order just a Cookies & cream milkshake. Also, any time I get French fries from here they are always cold. :( Good customer service, though!
