They are ghetto scaggs at this location, been there on 5 occasions, called corperate, nothing helps. They are rude and ghetto talk to you any kind of way, and also treat you any kind of way at this location save your money and go to Memos. Not pull the race card cause im half black, but night shift needs to get fired , just saying, rude, dont know what customer service is, and need a reality check. Im sure your job is to work with the public, know some manners. It seems like this location hires volgrants off the street, this is a corperate company, seems like jack in the box would like to drown their name in the mud. I have visited this location numerous times, always a bad experience, thats a corperate shame, im from Las Vegas, these people would have been fired in my world. How does a customers? Who wants to vist a place where they dont feel welcome??????????

love jack in the box this was a good one and is good in the day night staff sucks.i went there tonight and sat at the window for 20 min just to be turned away because i was on foot cash in hand trying to get some tacos on a late night walk.witch i have done before here and other locations but for some reason tonight my money was not good enough and when i called and asked why i was turned away the he said no one has been turned away bs, will not be going to this location any more. most times i go to this location 3 times a week and spend at least $20 EVERY TIME.

I always find myself eating late at night because of my work hours. I have eaten at many a Jack in the Box but the service I receive at the Hipkins Jack in the Box is second to none. The drive-thru lady (Charnell) seems to be there night in and night out during the graveyard shift. I can be honest when I say that I would always be in a bad mood if I had to work graveyard. However, she is always extremely helpful, jovial, and expedient - not to mention the accuracy on my order is impeccable. Shes also the reason why I dont eat at any other Jack in the Box.

Good food, but strange how they pile your meals in random baskets when you dine in. Made it real confusing when we sat down to eat as a family. Two sets of fries in one basket tossed together, a kids meal plus curly fries from another meal in another, then two chicken sandwiches and a burger in another. It took us a few minutes to sort it all out when were sat down to eat. I know we werent the only ones as the folks who ordered behind us experienced the same thing. Why would they do that?

6/14 The drive thru is usually a wait but the service is pretty good. I did see some great customer service by Kayla this day as the lady in front of me wasnt paying attention. As the lady was pulling off, I saw Kayla run down to give the customer her missing item I assume, then ran back and took care of my order without missing a beat with a smile. All times Ive gone here the orders have been on point as well.

Expect to wait quite a while if you go inside. Also, be sure to double check your order before leaving the counter or drive-thru...i live about 3/4 of a mile away so i end up stopping there pretty often...and on the rare occasion they actually give me everything i paid for i almost want to go inside and personally thank everyone for doing their job correctly... Seriously...

The woman on the drive through line is extremely rude and has no customer service skills I wasnt half way done with my order and she was telling me my total and demanding I move up to the window and when I told her my order wasnt done yet she was almost yelling at me to go to the window

I go frequently. Night shift has some of the worst costumer service ever. Its March 11th 830pm. The girl doing the drive through didnt say two words took my card gave it back shut window. No thanks nothing. This again has happened multiple times.

Took way too long to get food. When i did get it i had a cold burger and stale tacos... I would suggest just hotting the mcdonalds across the street if you even think about coming here.

Apparently they raised all their prices, so the menu says a JR jumbo jack is 1.59, but its 1.99. Oh, and they dont care to honor the advertised price either. Super sweet.
