On my way home from Seattle to Portland, I stopped in to get some gas at the Chevron and a bite to eat. I realized Id locked my car keys, wallet AND phone in my car. I was exhausted, it was dark, late and I had few options. Tyler from this Jack in the Box saw my stress, took a break and called his dad (a licensed mechanic). He was at the Center Drive location within five minutes. He immediately went to work helping me get into my car - which he did, within ten minutes! When I said, "What can I do to repay you?" They said, "Be safe." The kindness of strangers never ceases to amaze me. Wonderful people, a great man and hes raising a quality son! So, Tyler - thank you for looking out for a Portland gal locked out of her car in the dark. I just wanted to pass this along - maybe he should get a raise? ;) Erica H.

I went around midnight on April 11, me and my friend were in a large moving truck and could not make it through the drive through, I went to the window on foot to ask if we could back it up to the window and order, the employee kept looking but wouldnt acknowledge me, finally he looks and shoos me away with a hand gesture like I was a dog begging for food, I have never been treated so small in my life and all I had was a simple request. Its kinda sad that someone would act this way to another human being. Being as it was so late we had no other choice, we went home changed vehicles, went back and ordered, and the food we received was old dry and the fries were soggy and disgusting. I couldnt eat half of this garbage, I will never return to this location ever.

I dont always eat fast food, but when I do the DuPont Jack in the Box is sure to screw my order up. God forbid I order my burgers without mayo....I mean come on how hard is it? And its not like they messed up once or twice and decided the guy that hates mayo really needed some anyway, they have messed up my order five times in the last few years. They are always polite and remake it for me but I have to go through the hassle of driving back there after watching my family eat their meals. I will boycott these mayo pushers since obviously they cant figure out how to make a sandwich...its a real shame too because they have never messed up my curly fries.

I go to Jack in The Box frequently since its so close, and its open late. Ive never had issues with them aside from this last two times, both in the last week, once my husband ordered a sausage biscuit "plain" for me and I got egg and cheese on it, but out of the 20 times weve been, messing up my order once? Id say thats pretty good. Then we waited 20 minutes to move up one slot in drive through last week. Maybe theyre having a bad week? I dont know, but I still have good things to say. The staff are always super nice to us as well, so great customer service!

1. Not enough people working. 2. Due to changes in the packaging - or so we were told, an employee was unable to figure out our order after he took it. 3. Took 30 minutes to get food. I know - you would have left! We waited because it was kind of like swatching a car wreck. 4. Finally the shift manager came out and by way of explanation complained to us about the fact that "nobody wants to freaking work." Very impressive. 5. We got our food - it was cold and my moms order was wrong. They did refund our money. I wont be back.

Week 1: went and tried to buy a breakfast burrito... Microwave was broke, could not order the burrito... Exactly one week later: tried to order yet another breakfast burrito, the grill was broke this time, no breakfast items available... They clearly dont know how to take care of their equipment, imagine what they are doing to your food. Never again will I try to put my breakfast fate in their hands.. McDonalds is one block away... Definitely recommend going there for your breakfast needs.

ALWAYS WRONG Every time I order here theres either something missing or wrong. Today, I ordered a Baccon Ultimate cheeseburger combo. First off, the coke tasted flat and nasty. Second my fry box was half full and on top of that the bacon was missing and the burger was covered in mustard and ketchup. Even on the outside of the bun. I will not be returning to this one

Some of the employees seem like they were unhappy with their job which made the visit there horrible....also if you are going to offer a military discount "I dont mind if there is or is not one" when asked to apply your military discount with showing of ID, and its not applied, why bother having that option.

Employee taking my order acted like she didnt care, got my order wrong at first, management took over, made it wrong, gave me no receipt, went in to get it fixed, took forever to get it out to me. Not coming here again, a waste of money and time, for people who only want a paycheck. No quality whatsoever.

This location lacks quality customer service and tact. Is it too much to expect common courtesy to let customers know that they will be experiencing a wait time? Instead the employees ignore you until they feel good and ready to give you the food you ordered and paid for.

When I arrived they were out of over half their menu. They said that their truck was about to arrive, and to come back later. I returned for dinner to discover that they were still out of menu items. Worst Jack-in-the-Box ever.

Pretty much all of the staff is rude and careless. Except for the blonde girl that looks like Megan Trainor, she normally works the drive thru, she is the only nice one.. one time the manager cursed me out at the window.

Went at night food was horrible, chicken was burnt and bread hard,I eat there all the time thats the first time that has happen. Any time before 8pm is a good time to go any time after that is iffy

I love this location. Food is always great. Staff is always nice. But they are slow. Waited 25 min in drive thru. But the manager gave me a free cheese cake for the long wait
