Very poor. Usually go to Giant Burger down the street but it was closed on Labor Day so we came here - VERY disappointing!!! Wife ordered a half sandwich and salad and was told they had no salad makings available - imagine our surprise when less than 10 minutes later they brought a Chef salad out to another customer. I ordered a large milkshake and while I noticed others were getting their milkshakes in glass mugs I got mine in a plastic glass, which was smaller than the glass mugs but I still got charged the higher price. My wife ordered a small milkshake and hers was definitely smaller than mine. The fries sucked and overall the meal was a disaster at every level. Giant Burger down the street is much better, has larger portions, lower prices, and even has "fry sauce" rather than plain ketchup. Ill go hungry before going here again - YUCK!!!!

Of the many restaurants I have been in, Fins is a GREAT diner! Kinda small for a big guy but I love the old time diner feel. The burgers are fantastic! They have a HUGE variety of shakes and malts that take longer to decide than dinner itself. The service is great. The only real observation I have is that they dont check on you as often as other places would. I dont know if thats due to staffing or if thats how diners were back in the day but in the end my only constructive criticism would be is to check on your customers a little more often.

Ok place. The decor is cool. Food ok. My first review i gave 4 stars. Today i had to come and lower my rating. Only kids running the place. A kid cook who was too busy chatting with people up front to do a good job on the food. I ordered fried chicken to go. Got home, 2 blocks away and frys were barely warm, they forgot my dinner salad and the slice of peach pie, well lets just say the crust was nearly raw. Very disappointed.... Probably wont go back which is sad cuz its so close to home.

Fins is a 50s style diner, that has actually been here since the 1950s! It hasnt changed much at all over the years. It was originally an A&Ws until sometime in the 1980s. The burgers will take you back in time, guaranteed, as will the malt shakes. Additionally, breakfast is amply sized and reasonably priced. This is a popular place with the locals and old timers, and with limited seating, it can be busy. The wait staff has always been very friendly and attentive.

Not bad of a place to eat!! Only things I have an issue with is I asked for no tomatoes and sure enough 2 tomatoes on it, not a big deal just saying. Also the fins homemade root beer says it comes in a chilled mug, which would of made it better but instead its in a paper cup!! Other than that service was ok and food was decent.

Very lean and spacious atmosphere. The burgers are very good. I wish they had steak fries but the fries they do have were pleasant. I enjoy having a cup of coffee at diners when I go out and this place is one of the best Ive had for a while now. I like my coffee to be a bit on the strong side, their coffee came pretty close.

Horrible customer service from some young teenage Punk. They totally slaughtered my order and would not refund my money without haggling with me and trying to make me drive all the way back to remake it. I did get my money refunded finally. They were very rude and I would not recommend this place.

I used to go here a lot growing up; I dont remember enjoying the food very much, but we could afford it and it was nice to get out. Going back as an adult was not accompanied by any nostalgic warmth; just a sadness that it now looks run-down and is still mediocre food, but now its also expensive.

Walking into this little restaurant is like walking into the 1950s. This is not a modem corporate place decorated to look like the 50s, but a vintage restaurant that appears to have been frozen in time. They have ba classic menu and small-town friendly staff that is attentive, warm and welcoming.

Food is alright if you dont mind waiting an hour. I have come here 3 times, hoping everytime it was an anomaly, and everytime I have had to wait no less than an hour for a simple order. The last time I was there I just left a half hour into waiting.

Good food and prices are very reasonable. We drive 20min for a date night here when were in the mood for a good old-fashioned burger and fries with that being said dont forget to order a shake or old-fashion soda!

Great rootbeer floats, good food, thoughtful service. Like a diner of old, the kind of place your granddad or favorite uncle would take you to for a treat; didnt know there were any left.

Great service, good food, friendly atmosphere. Good whole food not pre-made fast food. Local meats are used for their burgers. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

A cute blast-from-the-past place to go out to eat. All of the food is great, except for the fish sandwich which I recommend that you stay away from.
