This place just opened and it is amazing! The finest Old and New world sausages served hot off the griddle on a great bun. Six different mustards and 12 different condiments to choose from -- including neon green relish and sport peppers -- so you can build your own classic Chicago Style Dog! The deli salads are awesome -- fresh and tasty -- not cheap and sugary. The green salads are a wonderful spring mix with many options and Newmans dressings. Kettle chips, sodas and for the coffee lover -- fresh Allan Bros coffee. The place is totally green – all products are served in compostable containers, all power is through Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program, and 100% of the Natural Gas is from NW Natural’s Smart Energy program – Roxy really puts her money where her mouth is! Try this place –you will love it.

The food was alright, but nothing particularly special. The deal breaker for me was the price. It is just way too much to pay for an ordinary hot dog. For those 4 dollars Ill go home and make a BBQ of 8 equally tasty hot dogs. Also, they seem to have only one person working at a time. This is fine if it isnt busy. But when I went in the poor worker was overwhelmed and I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. Again, nothing against the guy. He seemed like a new worker and was working very efficiently, but with just one person taking orders and cooking, expect to wait a while. Overall, average quality food at a high price and a long wait. 2 stars.

Great selection of sausages!!! My wife and I love having a wide variety of sausages to choose from. The wait time was average compared to any other eatery. The prices were surprisingly low for enjoying a quick meal. We live in Salem and while visiting our friends in Corvallis we all enjoy stopping in for some of dogs (dawgs). My wife and I both love the idea of having a place like this in our area, but well just make the extra effort while were in Corvallis. You gotta try it!!!

We stopped for a needed dinner and this place was a delicious surprise! Ordered the polish sausage, value dog($3) and tornado fries and all were great and fair prices being on a college campus. Nice treat is they have a "bar" with tons of fixings to add (free) to your dog ranging from sweet to spicy and just odd. Sidenote: You can easily make yourself a real Chicago dog with the fixings!

Roxy Dawgs serves an excellent array of sausages, I havent yet found one that I dont like. And the daily deal is one of the best values in the area for a student looking to get lunch ($5 for a dog, chips or cookie, and a drink... very filling). The owner and staff are also very friendly and sociable. Overall one of my favorite lunch places!

As a California native, I can say with confidence that I will miss Roxy Dawgs more when I move from Corvallis than I currently miss In-N-Out. The hot dogs are fantastic and the tornado fry (the result of spiral-cutting a whole potato with a drill and deep frying it) is absolutely phenomenal. Go! Now!

This is a great little place to stop by if you are in the mood for sausages. They have a friendly staff and good sausages. All of the sauces at Roxy Dawgs were great especially the jalepeno chipotle. Overall, this is a neat place that I will go to again. And this opens until 2 AM on saturday nights.

Great prices, fast and friendly service, and TASTY sausages and salads. What more can you ask for especially since it is so close to campus. What a great lunch stop. The Chicken Habenaro sausage is tastier than tasty! I went to Roxy Dawgs their opening week and will keep coming back!!

Ive been there a couple time now, and the food is great. The quality of the ingredients is very good which all add up to great taste. The cost / quality and quantity of food is a bargain. A great lunch/dinner for just over $5.00.

Great dogs! Best this side of Chicago, Hot Link and Bratwurst rock. $3.25 for a pint of Ninkasi, Flat Tail or Deschutes on tap -- unreal! Cheapest micro brew in town or maybe in Oregon. Cheers

Great selection of Dawgs! Would not go to just eat a plain hotdog, however they have a good mix of sausages for around $4.00. Good food and cheap beer, its a win win in Corvallis for a meal.
