I picked up food for my family to take back to our hotel and when I got back I discovered that the 4 double cheese burgers I ordered didnt have cheese and very little ketchup and mustard. I called them instantly and spoke with Mia who was very nice and told me to come in tomorrow and pick up 4 double cheeseburgers on Dairy Queen and she would leave a note. When I arrived 3 gentlemen working there told me that Mia didnt leave a note and she doesnt have the authority to make that call. They tried to call the manager who wasnt available and also no management in the building and told me they would call me back soon after taking my name and the phone number. No call back and horrible management and customer service. The only positive is Mia did the right thing by telling us she would comp us 4 cheeseburgers

If you want poor customer service, cold food and dirty tables, the Dairy Queen on Avenue A in Seaside Oregon is the place for you! I dont expect a 5-star dining experience, but a smile and not rolling your eyes at me because I dont immediately know what I want, would be nice. Or hey, maybe just not treating me as though I were inconveniencing you?!? My blizzard was made incorrectly, and when I said something, the lady who made it said I got what I was charged for. What about getting what I ORDERED? There is more I could write, but I think you get the idea. Eat somewhere else!

What a horrible DQ, the guy up front had post nasal drip and was sniffling the whole time he was taking our order. Someone that is coughing and obviously sick should not be working in food service. They couldnt figure out how to work the register and I had to repeat myself 5 times for a small order of only 4 items. Took forever then did not give the complete order so I had to wait longer. If you dont have a drive through you should be asking if the order is for eating in or to go. All the food was cold and had to be heated after driving 2 blocks back to the hotel. I wont be back.

Terrible experience. First off we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. Not exactly "fast" food. Then, the lady dropped one of our blizzards on the table when she was holding it upside down. Yet she still gave it to us. My friends blizzard ended up having a hair in it. The ranch tastes sour. The bathroom was completely trashed. The worker was rude. This place is complete garbage and quite frankly I have had enough. dont come here, dont do that to yourself.

Very slow. I ordered after waiting more than 15 minutes in line that only had 4 people ahead of me. Workers werent working fast at all and my blizzards(two friends with me) werent served upside down before being handed to me. Food took too long to come out too. I usually dont write reviews. But I had a terrible experience and this needed to be posted.

RUDE! we ordered 5 blizzards, and when i asked which one was the Chocolate Extreme, they couldnt figure it out and got snotty with me. I think chocolate should be an obvious color, and extreme should be even more obvious. They actually WALKED AWAY from the counter and never corrected my order. They flat out ignored me!!!

The insane thing about this location is that the ice cream menu is in the corner of the food prep area. You cant even read it when youre ordering! The service was friendly and quick and the cashier seemed to have the prices for everything committed to memory. But still.... What a bizarre place for a menu

I ordered a heath blizzard, and after waiting 20 minutes they told me they were out of health. Also the next 4 flavors I chose.... I almost asked for a refund, but by this time there were people behind me waiting to order. He didnt turn the cup over, and it just wasnt a great experience.

Good food. Good prices, I expected the prices to be high, since it was very close to the beach, but they were not. I got 3 lunch deals for $5 each and the lunch deals are all hours now, not just lunch hours. $5 for a burger, fries, drink and your choice of sundae is a pretty good deal.

We got brought our blizzards, and the person serving had them pressed against his shirt smearing our ice cream all over. Completely unsanitary. Then we come to realize that there was no Oreo in one of the blizzards. Worst experience my family has ever had at a Dairy Queen.

Food is usually not very good, overcooked or stale. Ice cream is good. Customer service and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Menu boards for ice cream is possible to read, ironic since thats what dairy Queen is known for

I honestly was having an awful time in seaside. Stopped here on my way out of town and the crew was so nice and the food was hot and yummy! Improved my mood right away. Thanks so much guys! Hope your days as nice as you are!

Got in. Decent staff. Everyone looked depressed. Got 3 blizzards. Took 25 minutes. We were 72 and we didnt get our blizzards till 89 came out. All blizzards were literally in all wrong sizes. Never, never again.

All of the DQs in this area have fed me slimy lettuce. Ive tried them all, and it happened at every one. Ill drive to the one in Redmond, WA before I choose to eat at a DQ in Clatsop County.

It was a good blizzard, I thought it odd that they didnt use their blizzard cups for the large, but instead used smaller regular drink cups, even though they had some available.

Service is slow and not the best but it is ran by teenagers so I do not expect much. It is one of the most affordable dining places in Seaside with good size portions.
