I brought my 3 boys in today for lunch and after we were made to wait for almost 20 minutes for our food they forgot about the kids sundays. After everything was said and done I dove 15 minutes home and when we opened up the lunch boxes they forgot the chicken strips in both meals. This not being the worst part, I called them to let them know about the mistake and that they are way under staffed I had the owner read me the riot act and tell me to take a hike and was extremely defensive and rude. He didnt like the fact that I was only pointing out the obvious. I will never go back to this location and I will inform all of my customers to stay away. They need to learn how to treat people and if you dont like the job you have get a better education

I eat at this Dairy Queen every few weeks - its one of those only fast food restaurants in the downtown area close enough to walk to on my lunch break. I havent liked eating at Dairy Queen as a rule, for years. It seems like there is a ton of turnover, and the tables always seem sticky. The ice cream prep area looks dirty. At other DQs! This DQ has a very friendly staff. Theyre fast and efficient, and the restaurant is spotless. Really a good job, guys and gals. Thank you. :)

They got our meal wrong, their chicken basket wasnt good. The chicken was chewy like it had been cooked awhile ago and was sitting under a warmer. The toast in the basket usually has butter on in but i got dry toast. And the banana that came with the kids meal were bruised. I wasnt impressed. I would out got better food at McDonalds and paid half the price

I wish that they could have faster service, drive thru seems to be ok though. Its annoying when you order two sundaes and see them avoid the ice cream machines for 2 minutes. Building is awesome on the inside. Chairs are comfortable. Chicken is always good, as are the ice-creams and chili dogs. I have never had their burgers at this location.

I go here fairly regularly for lunch as its one of the easiest places to grab a quick bite downtown. I have never had a problem with the staff or any of their menu items. Their prices could stand to be more competitive with other fast food options.

Food was cold and unsatisfying, staff were slow even when we were the only ones in the store. To top it off I got the wrong food, and it wasnt cheap either. $6.79 for a small burger COATED in mayo, and a small basket of fries.

They definitely need to reconfigure some things around the inside shop, and the staff can be very hit or miss. Ive experienced great service and awful service, but it looks like theyre doing the best with what theyve got.

Nice young adults who learn teamwork and customer service. Although it takes longer than most fast food, there is better quality. They should try not under staffing, so when rushes of people come it doesnt take as long.

Burger looked like it was microwaved.. Lettuce wilted.. Bun was soggy..waist of money couldnt even eat it..but if you like soda, well youre in luck.. My drink seemed fine.. It just cost me 8 bucks..

Service is fast and accurate, and the food is well cooked and tastes good. The only downside I can think of is that the drive through bottlenecks quickly and is a bit slow.

Worst DQ Ive ever been to. There soda is always flat and the staff is very slow. I waited to 10 minutes for a burger while I stared at the grill guy playing with his phone.
