Inefficient, filthy, even by DQ standards. Placed order inside, but before I could pay, they said they had to make my blizzard. None of my other food was being made because my order was not finalized. They were very disorganized and it seemed as though no employee had a specific task unless randomly bossed around. The moment my cashier left the station, they were absorbed into the kitchen crew. I went to the bathroom while waiting on my blizzard and came back to 7 people in line behind me...no change in the status of my order. That cashier did not wash their hands before preparing food. No one was wearing gloves, including the manager, whose clothing had glitter on it. The manager had no respect for the employees or customers present in the store and was focused only on serving the drive thru. Ten minutes after ordering, I left without getting or paying for anything. The bathroom was gross. There was an unnecessarily rude sign up (each word was its own bullet point) in the womens restroom about feminine hygiene product disposal. The walls, handles, floors, even the mirror was disgusting.

I stopped in here for lunch today as I was starving. I will give this Dairy Queen the benefit of saying that when I did receive the food it was fresh and hot. Unfortunately the build-up to the food was not so great. I was rushed by the young person situated at the order taking station which was not marked clearly. The place itself was filthy. None of the tables have been wiped off for some time nor had the counters and the floors certainly appeared as if they hadnt been swept all day. And yet there seemed to be several young people behind the counter who appeared to have nothing to do as they were getting something to drink and this and that. I cant give you a rundown on the bathrooms here because I did not want to chance them. I might add that when I got my food I got one napkin . I needed more than one but there were no napkin holders in the place . I had to go ask for a few more napkins . Id probably stop here again if I was starving, but that probably wont happen because I will get something to eat before I leave Newport next time.

Ice cream, thumbs up. Hot food 4 thumbs down! Food was awful, burgers dry and tasted like old refridgerator, the traditional club sandwich was extremely thin as they used single slices of packaged sandwich meats NOT what I call "traditional". Onion rings were over cooked, frys were cold. Mushrooms on the mushroom burger were in some yucky brown sauce?? We live near by and have ice cream here a lot but forgot how bad the food was when the 4 of us ate there today. Bathrooms are yucky, the hired help are a bunch of kids playing around and the price.... WOW, 3 burger baskets and a club sandwich over $30. Good thing we didnt have Ice Cream today! That is too much to pay for fast food let alone very BAD fast food!

This is the worst DQ me and my family have ever been too. They are beyond slow and can mess up any order. They seem to be out of too many items and use the mircorwave instead of cooking anything. 20 minutes in the drive though is too long, but youre not going to get any better service from inside. If you want decent food, do not bother going to this DQ. Stale food and misunderstood orders on a normal basis equals a waste of time.

It was the absolute worst service i have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant in my life. I ordered a fry and sat there watching it for 10 minutes before they final annouced my order was done. And they burnt my wiener, whatever you do do not go to this diary queen!! It would be faster and a better experience to drive to philomath.

Will never go to this place again times of operation say on window and online they close at 830 but crew closes it at 8 so they can leave by 830. Horrible service thats run by kids from the local h.s. that dont give a damn. If your in the area travel up to Lincoln city theres a better DQ with workers who actually do there job!

Was told they would be right with me in the drive through, then ignored me for 3 minutes. (no other cars in drive - thru) then went inside and was not even greeted but ignored by both staff, the man with the headset on feeling it was more important to wipe trays down than take my order.

Dont know if gloves are still necessary in food prep but they were definitely not used, food was completely touched and grabbed by bare hands that had just touched other types of food. Also one womans hair was hanging down directly over the food she was preparing.

When time first Walking the Floor was littered with garbage. Frys tasted like reheated but still kind of cold. The chicken sandwich was okay but not enough to Give It 2 Stars. Because the floor was atrocious

The service is alright. The employees always seem distracted or busy elsewhere. After you order there is usually about a three to five minute wait. Drive through is a joke.
