We ordered a pizza fairly late at night as a to-go order. The lady on the phone was super nice and make sure to repeat the order back. She gave us a time frame to pick up the pizza and when we arrived it was ready exactly when they said it would be. When we get pizza we always have to get half with no cheese because my wife has a dairy allergy. When we checked the pizza there was bits of parmesian on the no-cheese side, and unfortunately we also didnt realize there was cheese in their sauce. We mentioned the issue and the woman at the front was very quick to come up with a solution. They made my wife her own individual size pizza using marinara sauce and no cheese on the whole pizza. We were SO happy and impressed with how quickly they solved the problem and we left feeling happy and taken care of. The pizza was also awesome, we got the thick crust with a bunch of veggie toppings, and they even asked if we wanted the fresh tomato to be chopped or sliced. Great experience, great staff, well come here again next time were in Newport.

Ordered pizza from here and waited over an hour for delivery. Waited outside for over half an hour after being told the pizza had already left and should arrive any minute. After wait that half hour they told me it was delivered to the wrong address and it would be another 45 minutes that I would be charged extra after asking to be accommodated for a larger pizza. I was not given any help from the manager, Boe, as it seemed he could care less that I was upset and was denied a refund as well. Just have to wait TWO hours on a meal for one.

Pizza was excellent! Probably the best Ive ever had. The only problem was the wait.. We went in and they said it would be about 35 minutes, which we were fine with. I told them we were going to run an errand while waiting and we came back and watched 3 people that had come after us receive their pizzas before us. The overall wait was 50 minutes, which was a little ridiculous. But still, you cant beat the pizza!!

Its one of the 2 best pizza restaurants in Newport but the have THE WORST customer service. Wait time is awful when they deliver and we always call the day before when ordering for a department or birthday parties and they are still at least 1 hour or more late! I can honestly say that they staff doesnt ever seem friendly or welcoming. The vibe is always rushed and overworked.

Great service, comfortably informal atmosphere, and the food was so exceptional, they should charge more for it. Their menu had more options than expected, which included sandwiches, pasta (lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti), salads, and gourmet pizza, as well as the usual garlic rolls and traditional pizzas. Will definitely come back the next time we come this way.

DO Not Drive Into There Parking Lot, unless your car or truck is hiked up, they got these speed bumps that are so tall that it has scrapped the crap out of the bottom of my car. the pizza is good, but i can get the same thing from papa murphys. i wont be returning not worth the destruction of my car.

It was certainly very affordable and clean. Overall, the pizza was ok but a little dull. Service was very good. We tried the combo and the hawaiian. The olives tasted very canned on the combo. Main reason for marking down is that the dough itself on both was really lacking in flavor.

Weve tried to order pizza here multiple times. At least twice no one had answered the phones. The two times we did manage to get through it took an hour and a half to have it delivered when we were told 30-45 minutes. Too bad though because it is good. They have lost our business.

Can I just say "WOW!!" We ate here 2 nights in a row it was so good! Their pizza sauce is killer... I could eat it with a spoon! They dont scrimp on the toppings either. The garlic rolls are the bomb! We cant wait to eat here again. Their prices are reasonable and so worth it.

We moved to Lincoln County a while ago, and this is by far the best pizza anyone from the East Coast could expect. They seem to get busy in the high season, so bear with them if you can. This food is worth the wait out here on the coast and you will not find a better pizza.

We had a 14 inch pepperoni and a dozen buffalo wings with blue cheese. The wings were baked but moist and tasty. The blue cheese was chunky and the pizza was great. Thick crust and a generous amount of pepperoni made this pizza one of my top 5. We will be returning soon.

Called multiple times around 6pm on a Sunday, phone would just ring forever with no answer. Not sure how a business that supposedly prides itself on its customer service and take-away can screw up something as basic as answering your phone but, well, here we are.

Top notch pizza joint. A wide range of toppings plus sandwiches and pastas. They have gluten-free options. The wine looks questionable. Better to go with the beer. Yes, they do have Dr. Pepper.

Great Pizza! We got the 18" Cobblestone Combo and a Double Peperoni. Amazing! Great Garlic Rolls! Kids loved them! Excellent, friendly service. Would definitely eat here again.
