IF we hadnt been starving hungry after riding the bikes for 2 hours would have returned the sandwiches and asked for a refund. However, we will never step foot in this sandwich shop again. 1. Clam Chowder wasnt even warm and the potatoes werent cooked. 2. The Au Jus was not warm either. 3. I asked for no onions; but my sandwich came with onions; gal asked if I was allergic? 4. Granddaughter had chili bread bowl; it wasnt hot, wouldnt even melt cheese and it had no broth, like they just threw together corn, beans and meat and forgot the spices. 5. My husband had a chili dog and the bread was tough and the chili had no taste and wouldnt melt the cheese. What a disaster and then when I told the gal she said "I hope you have a better day". My day was fine, but the food was very lacking. Which surprises me because every restaurant in Seaside has been delicious all week long; we loved Sams, Finns, Pig-N-Pancake and Normas. Fultanos Pizza smelled amazing but we chose Tsunamis to try. Then when we were leaving realized they closed at 4PM and so maybe they had turned everything off early? Bummer for us; although our tummys are full now. Just sadly disappointed.

My husband and I came to seaside for our anniversary. We decided to eat at this restaurant because they were advertising $6 sandwiches on a flyer they were giving out which was falsely advertised. Before we walked in we saw the sign that said no dogs only service dogs. Which my dog is a registered emotional support dog. We got asked twice by the employees what he was trained for while we were ordering and as we were waiting for our food the manager came and asked us again what my dog was trained for and again we told him he was an emotional support. My dog was sitting quietly on my lap not bothering anybody. He decided to kick us out and told us that an emotional support is not considered a service animal. I struggle with aniexty attacks and my dog can sense when I am about to have one and helps me calm down. If he would of waited 5 minutes we would of had our food and been gone we werent even eating inside we ordered to go but instead he made a scene and was very rude!

Horrible service and worse management. Youre offered your money back if you ask to use the restroom. One employee told us that they didnt have a restroom at all and the other said that it was out of order and directed my 1 year old and myself to a public rest room. I expressed that they should have a restroom for customers and his reply was: Do you want your money back? I took my money back, including the undeserved tip, because service is not provided in this place. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and this is the first time that I have ever felt the need to complain about service. Unfortunately you have to leave one star to write a review. I will Never go and eat there and will spread the word.

Shockingly bad customer service. I havent even eaten there, so I cannot speak to the food, but I can say that the customer service is really bad. My girlfriend and I went in last night at about 9:46pm to order a sandwich and they said there werent serving sandwiches - I asked what time they closed, and they said 10pm - I then asked what time they close for sandwiches and they said now. I pressed a little and reminded them what time it was, and the lady behind the counter was pretty rude. I called back the next day, as a courtesy to let the GM know, and he basically dismissed it out of hand. No skin off my nose, but really bad customer service.

I came to the beach with my dog and daughter I decided to stop at this shop for a sandwhich for my daughter because we just got into town and wanted to spend my money at a independently owned establishment I put my dog in the stroller so that he wouldnt get any of his hair or anything else on the floor and was going to order a sandwhich the lady had no empathy and told me no animals instead of offering to to take my order and allowing me to wait outside Im sad that this establishment didnt try to go above and beyond to welcome a customer it was too hot to leave the dog in the car even with the windows down.

Terrible experience. Not family friendly at all. My husband wasnt able to eat with his family because he got a burger somewhere down the road. They had no care in the world for the other 6 people in our party who just bought food there. The "large" man that asked my husband to leave, wouldnt even give us his name, but claimed he was the owner. Coward. Highly recommend you support one of the other awesome local vendors on this street, and stay far away from this awful establishment.

I had the Summer Breeze. It was a $9 sandwich and it was a hysterical joke. When it came, I laughed out loud and showed the 1 inch piece of bacon that came on it to a worker that then stated "that is the amount of bacon it cames with." It was supposed to come with turkey, ham, and bacon. btw: a water cup is $1; a miniature seltzer is $3; customer service is so very poor. Food quality is beyond poor. I could make a better sandwich in two seconds at home.

took my wife and kid here because i heard there was good sandwiches. pretty much a waste of money. got the tsunami pastrami and the only thing i could taste was the horseradish mustard, so if you want a 12 dollar horseradish mustard sandwich this is where you come. my wife said her buoy 10 was bland and my 5 year old said he couldnt eat his because is was gross. could have made these sandwiches at home twice as good for half as much.

Weve eaten here on multiple occasions, and every time, the foods been great. The reuben is fantastic, and the other concoctions are interesting and delicious. The prices are a little higher than youd see at some restaurants further inland, but for a joint thats just off the beach, its perfectly reasonable. The staff has always been very friendly and polite, even when theyve been slammed with beach traffic.

Came to seaside over the fourth of July weekend. Despite being forcefully shoved a flyer every time we walked down Broadway, Most staff were unfriendly and short. My Girlfriend, who cant eat their food here because of food allergies, brought in a snack, and we were promptly kicked out for bringing outside food in. Food was mediocre at best.

We went here twice while staying in seaside Oregon. Had great sandwiches and the Chili was AMAZING. The first time we did have a rather grumpy/rude employee that looked like she hated her job... We watched her treat the next customers the same as us. The second day we had great customer service. Overall, we would go again!

Rude staff. Not family friendly. Person who declares them self to be the "owner" is a coward who wont even give out his name. Luckily thats public knowledge, so his name is David Posalski. Complained to customers about the cost of his rent. Take your business to one of the other amazing restaurants is Seaside.
