it started bad, ended GREAT! I got my order to go, got back to work late due to traffic, get to my desk and realize they didnt give my stuffed mexi fries, but instead I paid $5 for regular tater tots. I called to complain that I paid that much for regular tater tots. I wasnt expecting anything to be done about it. I just wanted to voice my opinion. But what happed was on the top 5 of my best customer service experiences, ever. the manager not only remade my order, and let a co worker of mine pick it up because i couldnt go pick it up, he also gave me my money back! I am so impressed! GREAT customer service! very satisfied!

What is up with being closed on Tues and Weds? This is a national chain that cant maintain normal business hours... people do live here ya know!! Their prices are high in comparison, then charge an extra fee to use a debit card? No thanks. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
