Today was my first day in a Baskin Robbins next to my home and I was picking up ice cream for myself and my co-workers after hearing that Wednesdays are buy one get one free ice cream Sundays. I had everyones order written on my phone when I walked in and told the lady what I wanted and asked for the buy one get one free deal. she said "we dont do that and we never have" very rudely. this lady was heavy set and her hair was not tied back and her clothes were dirty. I thought she may be having a bad day so my next question was "do you offer a military discount" she said "only if you have your ID. (like anyone would lie about 10% off ice cream) I brought in my ID and held it up for her but that was not good enough. she requested to see it closer and needed to take it from me. she looked it over front and back like she was checking for me to have a fake card.... when I got my sundays they looked nothing like the pictures. they were 3 apricot sized scoops in a big bole with flat whip cream.... I asked to the manager and she said "sorry honey, your looking at her" I told her to have a better day and left. sense when does any place that sells customer service treat people that way and sense when to we treat our troops like liers when you hold an active duty ID? this lady needs to be replaced with a teenager who might enjoy the job or serving ice cream! so upset.

No restrooms. The clerk all but ignored us even when going back to order a second time (there was no one else in the store), and it was unbearablly hot - I dont recommend eating in their lobby - get your stuff to go.
