Im giving it two stars because of the service. Waiting for the crepes was long and to top it off, our waitress was rude and had an attitude. There was one waitress for 5 tables and she seemed to spend a lot of time in two tables chatting with the patrons there and forgetting about the rest of us. We needed a glass of milk for our son and after waiting several minutes for her to come by, my husband got up and asked her if she could bring us one. After waiting another ten minutes and seeing how she was just talking away at a table, my husband waited until she went back to the service area and asked her again for the glass of milk. This time, she responded in a rude way and when she eventually brought the glass of milk to our table, she dropped it on it and gave us a "Your welcome" before walking away. My husband was surprise about the attitude and commented on it, she came back to our table and began almost yelling at him. She left and made us wait another 20 minutes before bringing our dessert crepes (we had ordered them when ordering the main meal because we could see wait was long!) and refill our glasses of water. The main crepes were fine; the dessert ones were delicious! However, the service was so bad that we wont go there again.

Really great crepes and definitely something a little different from your standard dinner fare. My wife and I had dinner here and we each had a savory crepe then shared a sweet crepe for dessert. I had the smoked salmon crepe and it was very good. Theyre big and surprisingly filling. We had a dark chocolate & cherry compote sweet and it was terrific. They also have great cocktails. I had a gin and mint concoction that was delicious. It is a small place (like max out at 30 seats small), so if theyre busy when you go there may be a wait. And because its so small it can get real loud, overall its great.

My friends and I ended up here as a spur of the moment girls night. The atmosphere is beautiful. The service was so friendly, at the end the waiter even offered to take a group photo of us! The crêpes were absolutely fantastic. One of my friends had never had crêpes before and she was blown away. Im definitely coming back to try the Ham and cheese crêpe. I got the Chèvre et onion crêpe and it was magnificent. I dont even like goat cheese but the crêpe and onions were so delicious I didnt even mind the cheese. This place would be the cutest date spot, but it was fun with all the girls too.

Adorable cafe dedicated to crepes. Its very cute and romantic in here - but our family of 7 still felt comfortable as well. I had a pear, gorgonzola and walnut crepe that was good - a little light on gorgonzola, but yummy. Youre able to add a small piece of steak to any plate for about $7 - it really is tiny, but if youre craving a little extra protein its enough for average appetites. Dessert crepes shine - giant nutella & banana crepes were a huge hit with my teens. Top off the good food with nice cocktails & great service - a total win for a date for couples, families or friends!

Besides the fact that the name of this place is absolutely adorable, the crepes and atmosphere are nothing short of amazing. This happy little yellow hideaway makes some of the most decadent crepes I’ve ever had. It’s a perfect late night date option if you’re just looking for some dessert…plus they’re open ‘til 1AM! May I suggest something with Nutella, bananas or baked apples? Yeah, you heard me right. Come here for a little date night and enjoy the romantic lighting, grab one of their board games from the shelves and savor one of their delicious crepes!

Unlike some places which advertise simply being open "late", Le Happy lovingly and reliably actually is.. with posted hours to boot! 1am on the weekdays, 2am Fri/Sat. The crepes are great and will suit you no matter what you may be in the mood for, whether savory or sweet. I have never had anything less than exceptional service here (not that Im picky) and again, Ive always been pleased that this place will always stay open until the time they say theyre going to close, no matter how late or slow. That seems like a rarity in the neighborhood these days.

Cozy spot for RIDICULOUSLY tasty crepes. Try Le Champignon (avec steak) for savory, and the coconut cream with lemon curd for sweet. Oh so delicious. The staff are friendly and sweet, the art is hilarious, the lights are low, and the drinks are fabulous. The prices are totally reasonable (especially once you take your first bite). Best place for a date night, bringing people who are new in town, and just for whenever you are craving that creamy, lush, sexy taste. Har har. Im literally going there tonight.

BEST SPANISH COFFEE IN TOWN. Youd never guess it, but Ive had the Spanish coffees all over downtown including Hubers and Le Happy is where its at. Only been here twice, but both times I remember thinking I need to come back more often. Great late night food spot. I really like the "Le Trash Blanc" - a Crepe and a PBR for a good price. Huge selection of great crepes and a really nice atmosphere. The service was above average.

Ive been struggling to find good crepes since I came home from the Mediterranean years ago. Moving to Portland and finding this gem was a blessing! The batter for the crepes alone is amazing, and you can tell they put love into everything they make. The owner greeted us on entering and even stopped by our table to tell us more about how everything was prepared. Cant wait to check out their Sunday Brunch :) B♡

Great creperie open late. Super nice staff. Was a little empty when I was here so crepes came out relatively quick. They do have a sign up that says its a 1-person kitchen so crepes can take a while. They have both savory and sweet crepes. They have a set menu of crepes and a list of add-ons. I suggested they add corn flakes or another cereal. If you see this added to the menu, it was all me! :-)

Delicious crepes. Bacon and cheese was better than Bacon and egg ( kids should have added cheese). Dessert crepes yummy... Strawberry and Nutella plus Suzette ( too much marmalade, too sweet). They were nice enough to let us order a banana for our young son who only wanted that for dessert. Close to playdatepdx ( on the way to freeway actually so likely go back next time at playdate pdx)

We went here with some friends to chat and catch up. All in all, we really enjoyed being here. They have some delicious options for both sweet and savory crepes, and it was a pleasant and relaxed environment that we didnt feel rushed in. They really made sure what we were ordering would be cooked to our liking and didnt rush us out the door even though we stayed a while.

The crepes are ok, but the service here is a Portland-specific sort of bad. There are too many places with better crepes, better drinks, and a minimum level of service to bother going back. Aesthetically it will draw you in, but resist! It always disappoints. I live a few blocks away, and it took several tries to come to this negative conclusion.
