Hello I recently went to your restaurant with my wife, father and mother in law. We were very excited to try your restaurant as we looked at the menu online. We got inside and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. Other than that it was terrible. Our waiter was a old shorter gentleman with a beard and I do not remember his name. He was the by far the most inconsiderate, rude, stuck up, mocking, Waiter I have ever had. He only got our order did not check on us and when I asked for honey mustard do to the plain potatoes he said "Not at this restaurant" with a huge grin. We all thought he was kidding and laughed as he did along with us. After the check was presented I forgot that I never got the honey mustard and he wasnt kidding. If I would have known he was being facetious I would have flipped out on this guy. I mean what a prick for being such a dick to face. Also the waiter forgot my mother In laws salad Andressing took 15 min to make, we understand you have to heat a few things up but there were only 2 tables including us. They subbed some peanuts on her Salad instead of the hazelnuts that were described which should have been asked. But instead of giving them to her he waited until the check came and gave them to her in a bowl. Really what were we supposed to do with that lol, what an ignorant individual. To top it off my steak and father in laws steak was super cold and veggies as well. Told my family and friends to go anywhere else but here.

Great food, awesome service, solid cocktail program and stellar desserts. The vibe of this place is highbrow cuisine, but the people inside it are more casual. Even though the decor is a bit more on the classy side, the music that is played and the atmosphere that is created makes you feel comfortable. All the food here is fantastic. They know how to cook and serve lamb, have plenty of vegetarian options and the small bites they serve are tasty as well. The cocktails are of note. They are mostly under 12 dollars and have an ample selection of pre and post prohibition cocktails with a few created by the bartenders themselves. Dessert is really where this place shines. They have an amazing selection of desserts as well as dessert cocktails, aperitifs and dessert wines. They even have a whiskey pairing with the desserts. Its well worth it. Atmosphere 4/5 Service 5/5 Cocktails 5/5 Dessert 5/5 Food 4/5

This is my "Cheers", but Im sure its far better than any fictional bar menu ever could be. Im always glad I came. I usually get a mixed drink, since this is the place to do that, and I often get a soup, even in summer. They do soups well, with satisfying, savory stocks, twists on traditional combos, good ingredients handled skillfully. Ask for the pairing dessert (house made chocolate du jour with matched whiskey ounce pour) Im hooked on the salty sweet finish of their sweets. Eugene has many fine restaurants, but this is my favorite for staff, drinks, food, atmosphere.

The waitress with the vine tattoos did not give a very good first impression for my girlfriend and I. As she was getting ready to seat us, she immediately changed attention to a group of people that walked in and proceeded to seat them instead. She then shouted from across the restaurant that we could sit at the bar if we like. I hope that was just a one-time thing. Our next waiter was much better, and the food was very nice.

We came for cocktail hour and stayed for dinner! The host and waiter were very friendly and welcoming, and we got the best seat in the house. We took our time ordering cocktails then appetizer, more cocktails, some more food, and finally dessert. The whole time there was no pressure to hurry up or keep ordering, just chill. All the drinks are amazing and the food is so thoughtfully prepared.

The food was great. They were helpful in guiding us toward gluten free selections. The service was very good. The atmosphere was very nice. Prices were reasonable, but that is relative to the individual. Indoor and outdoor seating available in October. We dined inside for dinner. There was sufficient parking.

Lots of seating choices! Great N/A choices! Great location! Just a walk over the bridge f/Marriot! Fellow disc golfers work here! Great lighting inside & out! "Roomy" picnic tables out in elements! No waiting even w/o reservation! Beautiful food presentation to set off taste!

Great Food. The bar serves excellent drinks. It is almost as much fun to drink as it is to watch them make them. Knowledgable of allergy restrictions and several staff members have food intolerances. The chocolate and whiskey pairings are a need to try.

Made reservations for our anniversary. We were greeted by friendly staff, provided complimentary champagne and the food/service was amazing. The atmosphere and ambiance was very comfortable. Well definitely be returning soon!

The mussels appetizer was amazing! I could have been dining in SF or PDX! About time we have Resturant for adult tastes, not just beer & pub grub like most of the Eugene Resturants.

Great food. Great drinks. Bad service. Waited a long time to get drink refills. Had to wave down server several times. During lunch on Valentines day.

This place has lasted longer than many of the previous tenants. I had a great duck poutine on my birthday a while back for lunch.

Good place if you are a foodie. Lots of dishes for the discerning palette. Not so friendly if you are seeking something ordinary.
