I agree with everyone who said save your money. I havent had a horrible experience here as far as the food is concerned. Until now it has always been okay...what youd expect from a fast food restaurant. The employees are generally just your typical lazy teenagers (no offense to those teenagers out there who actually want to and do work their butts off - I know youre out there) working the counter with no real customer service experience or drive. But Saturday 10/24 my other half wanted a burger from Jack in the Box, one I found out later they dont have anymore. When I asked at the drive through if they had the pepper bacon cheeseburger, the attendant, who very obviously did not speak fluent English, could not understand what I was asking her. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. So I ordered him a different burger and myself a spicy chicken sandwich and paid $15 for those two sandwiches and some fries. I grabbed a couple fries out of the bag on the way home. They tasted wrong; like the fryer grease hadnt been changed for some time. Since I always look forward to seasoned fries, this was a huge disappointment. When I got home and took a bite of my sandwich it was like biting into leather. The chicken patty was thin and brown inside (not white like even fake chicken should be), as though it had been sitting out for a long time then microwaved. It was completely inedible. I looked around for my receipt to fill out a survey, but they hadnt given me one. So for all I know, they overcharged me and skimmed the profit. I dont eat fast food a lot, but I know where I wont go next time Im out to grab something fast. Dont bother with this Jack in the Box. Trust me.

Bought a milkshake and some onion rings. The person I was behind apparently knew the girl working and were talking, when he pays, his card falls and hits the ground between the car and drive thru window. The girl working sticks her entire body outside the window, hanging out, to pick up his card. Her headset falls and also hits the ground. She continues reaching/hanging out the window until shes picked them up. The customer in front of me leaves, I pull up to the next window. She proceeds to make my milkshake like nothing happened and she didnt just have her hands all over the filthy, sticky, saliva/dried up pop covered ground outside the window. Disgusting. If I were a manger at a place like this I would fire someone so completely disrespectful to customers, general cleanliness and the rules of any kitchen. It seems like Jack in the Box, particularly with its history of salmonella outbreaks would advise employees to strive to be clean, I guess not. I didnt even drink the shake, threw it away. The onion rings were OK though.

The service tends to be rather slow and inconsistent for most hours of the day, and I tend to go into the place. I believe they put a large priority of their business for people who go through the drive through and dont put a lot of effort towards the customers that come through their doors. Additionally, they arent very accurate with their orders too, as I had experienced this previously, as well as overheard a customer yelling at one of the staff members that they messed up their orders consistently. I must say they have a good amount of value, and okay taste to their food. But the quality and the service is highly lacking here. EDIT: Changed to 1 star -- There is always something that occurs that makes me not feel valued as a customer. Most recently, I made an attempt to get some food from this location, and was told I would have to wait 20 minutes until I can get something ("computer restarting"), so I left empty handed. Sure the person was apologetic, but this is inexcusable. No more.

Been here multiple times over the last couple years and always had poor service. The orders are slow and most of the time wrong. The staff are rude, untrained and unprofessional. Ive heard staff making fun of customers after they leave openly in front of other customers. When they get orders wrong they do minimal if not less to resolve the issue. Ive ordered curly fries and got regular and when asked to replace with what I ordered, I was told that wasnt what was put in the system and they would have to do a refund then reorder the correct and id have to pay extra for what ive already ordered. I will go to the west lynn store if I really want a sourdough jack again.

Jack In The Box is an amazing restaurant. The staff are very helpful people especially francisca, she greeted me nicely and took my order well. Everytime I go and eat shes always there! The food is nice and fresh. Francisca is also very helpful and overall just asks me if I need anything and shes just amazing. I had just visited on Monday 8/7/17 and came by around 10:30 am and it was a very fast working area and everyone was on task and it was very clean and safe environment. Occasionally I would pass through drive-thru amd service was excellent. I totally recommend coming to this Jack in the Box.

Not only did they tell us to pull up front and forget about us for 20 minutes, but when we went in to check, or order hadnt been made. Half the people in there were bringing back messed up orders. When they did give us our order, over half of it was incorrect or missing and the woman at the register didnt understand the difference between sausage and bacon even after the third time I said we ordered sausage. I feel bad for the manager because she was in there trying to handle the fact that every other employee in there was inept. If it werent for her Id be trying to rate this a zero. 2/23/17

We ordered a simple order through the drive through and when we got to the window we waited a good 5 minutes before they came out and took our money. They then gave us out drinks and told us food would he put shortly, fast forward another 5 minutes and they hand us a bag but the food wasnt what we ordered, so they had us go park and said they would be out momentarily with the correct order. Another 5 minutes go by and nothing, so we went into the building and asked for our money back. The manager was rude but gave us the money. We will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered dinner before running back to work, for a coworker and myself. Had to repeat it many times. Wait about ten minutes for food. Wrong order (which was cold anyway) cold fries, no reciept or total given (thinking Id at least get the reciept in the bag....nope). Regret not checking before pulling away and wishing I had more time on my lunch break to at least get my money back. Tried calling many times, no answer. Only thing they got correct was the drinks. Now I know why the Taco Bell line is always so long. Will gladly NEVER return.

I dont typically come inside but today I decided too. I have a big family so my order wasnt small. When I got to the counter a lady addressed me right away & told me she would be with me shortly. The lady, Ciara, finally came to take my order, the food was out 8 minutes later. No big deal she was busy and by herself. She gave great customer service and I will definitely be back.
