This Taco Bell location is the worst. All the reviews are correct. If there is at least 2-3+ cars ahead of you; prepare for a 20+ minute wait. Theres nothing fast about this location. Les Schwab can patch a flat tire in the time it takes them to make a burrito. Also; they need to fix theyre drive-thru microphone. Every time I go there I have to repeat myself numerous times because the person taking my order cant hear me, to the point where you have to yell so they can only kind of pick up what youre saying. Its ridiculous. So half the time the order is wrong because they couldnt hear you, and thats something they could change by just fixing the drive thru mic. And dont get me started on the no more verde sauce. I know its not their fault but Im still salty about it

This is the worst Taco Bell. I love it because its the only one near molalla, but its consistently a 30 minute wait to get your food and leave. Not really fast food. Im in line right now... and i had time to write this before a single car moved forward to the order screen. Seriously... give me my delicious tacos! I should be in and out in 3 minutes. Thats how every other Taco Bell works. Everyone needs to be fired. Wait. .. a car moved pulling forward now. ........ update its 12 minutes later and Im 4 cars away from the window.... 2 more minutes and a guy had to get out of his car because he didnt get his potatoes. 3 more miutes Potatoe guy is back they didnt give him any hot sauce. Ok i nailed it got in line at 7 got handed my food at 7:30.

Literally everyone below is correct, I know better than to go through the drive through if theres more than 4 cars, but even then its a 20+ minute wait. There is always 3 or 4 people just standing around talking while 1 person does the actual work. I know that theres no way to fix the parking issue with out re-doing the entire parking lot, but the service is seriously embarrassing. Im not sure how the management that considers this a "functioning establishment" hasnt been fired yet. I do know that your employees are a reflection of the company and how they manage their staff. The company should be ashamed of this location, their employees, and the way they portray their business.

Not only did we not get sauce that we paid 30 cents for but when we went in to complain about it, the so called manager claimed she personally made the burrito so she knows it is on there. I ate through half without and dug through the other half of it and no, there was no sauce. Its very unprofessional for her to lie and also be rude to a paying customer. On top of everything she was also unprofessional in the fact that she was in the lobby sitting down hanging out. She obviously never had time to even make the burrito she claimed to have made. Taco bell needs a new manager and not to charge for replacing a sauce on a burrito.

Last 3 visits they messed up our order. Last time they gave me a Baja blast that tasted like club soda, how do you not notice its clear or the alarm from the machine. Tonight they didnt have any mountain dew so I asked if they would sub the Starburst because they didnt have my preferred drinks, they said sure and charged me for 2 then tried giving my ride a Kickstart when we ordered 2 rootbeers and a Starburst. And these kind of people believe they deserve $15 an hour... not ever going back there.

If youre planning to go through the drive thru here you might be there for a while as it is usually a busy line, the employees are always very nice & helpful though. When you ask them for taco sauce they actually give you a good amount instead of 5 packets total for the 7 burritos you ordered like a lot of the other Taco Bells. In fact, if you go inside to order you can even help yourself to as many sauce packets as youd like because they have a small counter out in the dining area full of them!

wait time is awfully long and the food is subpar or just plain bad. . drive thru is always to busy so I go in and I see everyone else is sitting simply with a drink and waiting for their order like always.. 20 minutes later a rehearsed gesture "SORRY FOR THE WAIT " every time. ..wish that they would buy the Jiffy Lube and double the size and drive thru like Mc Donalds has...I get out and go in to avoid the wait. .,, either way Im screwed .. I wish they had a Taco Time were DutchBros is ...

Everytime i come to get food, the customer service is excellent. I never see the employees slacking. Theyre always running around trying to make sure the place is clean and that everyone gets there food at a decent time. Theyre always so busy because theyre excellent and worth the wait. They wouldnt be busy if they werent any good. This is my favorite place to eat in oregon city. The food is always fresh. You cant get better customer service than here.

They are incredibly busy a good 80 percent of the time. The negative reviews on the timing are ridiculous. Ive lived in oc my whole life and this location is honestly doing their best with what they have. Everyone goes here for food so they constantly have to make things. Like yes, timing is important especially in fast food, but the employees are mostly teenagers and are still figuring it out. Seriously yall need to chill. Good food tho.

Bryan is the best he has amazing customer service skills. Is he the manager yet? He always asks me to do the survey but I forget. I was going to tonight but didnt have my receipt so I thought how about a google review for him he really deserves it. The whole staff there is great actually they rock at just being nice and the store is always clean! Fave Taco bell thanks Bryan!

Been waiting for our food for 25 min and counting. Have to wait even longer because they messed up 2 orders ahead of me and theyput all other orders on hold until they are fixed. Staff is too busy joking around and not working. Hate coming here for dinner. Always a long line and parking is impossible. The line is so long that cars who park to go in cant get out

Wait times are consistently outrageous. You shouldnt have to wait 20+ mins to get your order at a FAST FOOD restaurant. I do not know what has happened at this location within the last 3-4 months but the management needs to step up. Also its probably not a good idea to ask a coworker in front of your customer if "the order is correct and complete? "

Bryan was a super awesome cashier! He has great customer service skills and made me smile and laugh the whole time! He even made conversation in the lobby and gave me a shoulder massage in the lobby after I had been packing my house all day and moving it to storage. My food was even good! Thanks for the friendly service!

Its Taco Bell. If you want cheap ok tasting food this is a great place to go to. This location always seems to be pretty busy and the duce through is never empty. Im not sure if Taco bell has free wifi or somewhere closer by does, but I always find myself auto connecting to open wifi networks here.
