As a member of Downtown McMinnville: I absolutely love the Bitter Monk! Its not only apart of the enterprise of Downtown McMinnville with all of its rich and amazing history. But it also has amazing brews that circulate regularly, amazing staff that are the best servers in the town! (#Becky) -If youre staying at any hotel in McMinnville oregon, make sure to stop by the Bitter Monk, and become apart of the community.

A very knowlegable staff serving a marvelous and varied selection of continuously rotating taps with something for everyone. Add to that a carefully curated selection of bottles for sale as well as Growler fills in a very casual and relaxed atmosphere makes Bitter Monk a local favorite.

This is a great place to catch up with an old friend or unwind. They have a wide selection of over 80 brews. The staff is knowledgable about all of the products and the history of each. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the building itself is beautiful inside.
