Arrive after the tasting rooms close and theres a good chance youll rub elbows with local wine makers winding down after a busy day, a testament to the laid back atmosphere and quality of the fare served at Barrel 47. The food menu is a little limited, but every item is well prepared PLUS the kids food is truly kid friendly here (weve all been to restaurants that serve too-garlicky mac n cheese, or the sandwiches on crispy artisan bread perfect for shredding up tiny mouths). Five stars for making date night and family night so compatible.

Came in for dinner on the way home from work. Sign said to please seat yourself so we did. Sat down and waited for server to come over and give us menues... and waited.... and waited. Server went to another table that arrived after us and passed out menus and took drink orders, then headed back to the bar and started eating her pasta. We left after about 20 minutes. Im sure that pasta she was eating was really tasty. We wouldnt know.

My husband and I have been in the food and beverage industry for around 20 years. So you could imagine we set our standards high when we go out to eat. Our family of six with four kids had a great experience here. Good food, beautiful service and an enveloping of our lovely community of Willamette valley here at Barrel 47.

Get the fish tacos. They are delicious. Theyre also the only gluten free option on the menu if you dont feel like salad, which kind is why they lost a star from me, but at least they were amazing! Service was attentive and patient with a very large group that was maybe already inebriated from wine tasting. Kudos!

Great food in a great atmosphere. The bacon wrapped asparagus and Chipotle sauce is phenomenal. The blue cheese and bacon burger is out of this world. The fries are skinny and fried to perfection. Would totally recommend this fine eatery.we will go again.

It was crazy busy with only 2 people working the tables. But they were quick as they could seat us band take our order. All in all I love the food, the drinks, and the unique atmosphere.
