Wow, not a place for families. It usually been good, but wow, today, a disaster ! We had kids, school age, adults, and an elderly man. We ordered a few meals and a few desserts. The food finally came after an hour and a half wait! They also informed us, "oh we are out of ice cream". So, no sundae, the root beer floats were warm root beer and a small bit of ice cream, perhaps a teaspoon. The Pie ala mode was crumbled pie and a teaspoon of melted ice cream. The crust on the pie was also burnt. The waitress apologized over and over, said she wouldnt charge for the deserts, she said she wouldnt eat them! My grandson didnt get anything as he had ordered a sundae. The least they could have done was come and let us know before, and not wait till they served the meals to tell us. Some of us only ordered dessert. Oh ya, one of the waitresses that set out our silverware was chewing gum with her mouth open, real class! Anyway, I am really disappointed as they used to be really good, I hate to see a really good place go down, or out. One of the staff told us they had a big change over of staff when a bunch of the kitchen people just recently quit. Im not sure excuses are what we really wanted. They did take off half the bill. Not sure we will rush back there again.

Weve been here twice now, giving it a second chance. We love the atmosphere, but when the food is not good, no atmosphere or decent beer. makes up for that. I dont know if they just need a new chef or an over haul of the menu. The choices look great but when they come out they are not what they would seem. I really was hoping for a place to give McMenamins some competition. Looks like well have to stick with GV. Just love the physical look and idea of mixing a fresh market, coffee shop and pub. But its gotta have good food! So Ill wait until I hear from someone that theyve changed cooks or start serving better quality food for the price. The chicken sandwich was yuck and redo the whole damn hummus plate (that was absurd!) Hummus sitting out all day and then scant bread and incorrect veggies (besides the olives) Come on guys do your research. Really had hopes for this place!

Salmon was very good, a recipe Ive never had before! Blueberry, with a light jalepeno glaze. Mmmmm. My wife had linguini with vegetables, she says give it an 8/10. Desert was a delightful strawberry rhubarb pie a lam ode, my wife had a brownie sundae that was really fudgie! Chocolate lovers delight! Service was good plus. Prices were medium, not a budget buster. Noise level on a Wednesday evening was very acceptable, not bad at all. Casual atmosphere, laid back. TVs were on, but not loud. Though we had no children with us this evening, I would recommend this for families. It works.

Great beer, great food, cool environment and excellent service. I love how its in the old granary district, but it seems like theyre trying to emulate McMenamins with the old barn interior decoration. The food is far better than McMenamins though! I had a burger which was cooked exactly how I asked for it, rare. So that was impressive.

I have been here about 8X and the food is good about half the time.The last two times I went there the burger and sandwich I had offered little to no taste served on a cheap hamburger bun.I love the building but wont be back anytime soon unless the quality of food improves.

AMAZING!! I had a wonderful experience! Gorgeous and a very clean setting, friendly staff, and amazing food - Large portions, reasonably priced! Staff was very inviting and answered all of our questions with a positive attitude. We will return and refer our friends :)

Didnt expect much from a co-op owned brewery in wine country, but was quite pleasantly surprised. Several very good beers in a cute renovated barn setting. Food was simple but good. Service was a bit overeager (mustve been first day/week jitters) but friendly.

Weve tried this restaurant a few times and have yet to have a positive experience. After a 40 mins wait for our lunch in a not busy restaurant, we left without eating. Never going back!
