The Militant Vegetarian
Friendly employees, multiple pool tables, strong drinks, best fries ever, and a large venue area with lots seating. They host an array of bands and comedians, and also have karaoke nights. They pretty much have something for everybody.

My personal favorite hole in the wall in McMinnville. The employees are great and they usually have music going. My only complaint is that they do not have Black Butte Porter.
