Normally great service, but I was placed on hold while trying to place an order for lunch delivery. She just set the phone down... for 15 minutes... and never got back to me. All the while I could hear her banter in the background with coworkers and customers. After the 15 minutes, I hung up and tried calling back, with no answer... cause their phone is currently off the hook. Thanks for wasting part of my lunch. I ordered Jimmy Johns. EDIT: Joel just came and gave me a gift card from the bartender to apologize for the service Id received. Along with being slightly mortified I am greatly appreciative of the gesture! Thank you so much. I realize things happen and whether intentional or not, things sometimes slip through the cracks. Thank you thank you thank you! I will definitely be back for more food, as I really enjoy it!

Thank you very much for a very delicious lunch on time and delivered by Joel. I would personally recommend them if you are in town. They were able to accommodate the delivery since I was with a customer across the street. Call them, you wont be disappointed!

Great atmosphere! If youre looking to go out and have a fun night I would check it out! I absolutely love the staff and all the patrons! Karaoke is a lot of fun and they also have a full food menu until 12am on Friday and Saturday!

This place has bad food and worse service... The bartenders treat you bad if they dont get a good enough tip... They are rude and drink while working and play favorites with patrons. This place is a No Go in my book...
