I have been going here almost every night for the past few months. Usually anytime between 10:30pm and 2am. Had no issues until about a month ago. Only people in line and still parked waiting for 20 minutes to get our food. AND the order is still wrong! Went there just tonight and waited for about a half hour for food. Two of my tacos didnt even have taco sauce on them. Another time, we went here and the system was updating so they couldnt take our order. Yeah thats fine cuz thats typical at 1am for any fast food restaurant. However, we left and went back after about 30 to 60 minutes and we ordered just fine, but when we got to the window, our food couldnt be made cuz the day shift didnt clean the grill so its take an additional 10 minutes to even start making our food. Seriously fed up with this place. I would NOT go back if they werent the only slow food restaurant in Lebanon!

I was the only one inside. Manager lady rang me up. No problem there. But I ordered a milkshake she did not make it after she was done with drive thru. 3 others working on guy was sorta working others standing around goofing around even manager. Many cars threw drive thru sill no food or milkshake for me. No one else in store yet. Finally food. The one guy sorta working back there brought it to me had to ask for milkshake. He made it gave me a large instead. Ill take it. I think I will stick with the drive thru if I do come back. And later in the day when there is a better crew on. (Which I will cause I like the milkshakes)

Just got home from Jack in the Box. Just moved into this town and I didnt think I would be treated this way. I was charged $0.50 for water without them letting me know and I had to repeat my order more than twice. I asked them to please hold one sec because my toddler was in the backseat telling me to order something for him. I was then told to pull up to the front window. They were slow and I felt rushed and when I went up to the window I noticed the workers seemed disheveled and not very customer friendly unless its because Im brown(Pacific islander) and they rarely see brown people.Just over all POOR SERVICE.

Havent been to Jack and the Box in a long time I thought maybe they had gotten better the hamburger meat taste like its Parts sausage or something weird, the milkshake was just okay the fries I think had been salted four or five times I was unable to eat them the hamburger was awful salty to I only ate half of it wont bother spending my money there again this is the first time in about two and a half years that Ive been there and guess what its gotten worse it hasnt improved

The service was crap. First, the drive thru guy talked over us, we had to repeat out order. Then they kept screwing it up on the screen. Then we had to wait a long time. We only got one of the three burgers, so we had to go back through and wait. And then on top of that, the burger we did get was two heels, no crown, also the drive thru guy talked over us again. Definitely in need of new management and crew.

Not the first time we have had issues here. Decided to give it another go today, didnt even get to the order box. All 4 cars in line backed out and either left or went inside. I could have got into the taco bell line and be the 13th car and still got my food faster. Pretty sad because I was actually watching across the street to compare

My experience was completly crappy and it was so bad I told them no sauce and all of them were smothered.And finnaly my mother ordered a breakfast platter and the mini pancakes were so hard I had to get a knife to cut it in half I couldnt snap it it sucked so hard.never eat here unless ur looking to be utterly angry,and disapointed

Sad, the people just stood around talking. The tables where all empty and filthy, got our order wrong, table was wobbly, bathroom was dirty and toilet paper all over floors, my food was cold and there was a hair in it. Will not be eating there ever again. That was second time and people are not friendly at all. They are loud.

Slowest fast food ever. 25 minutes in the drive up with only one car in front of you is too slow. The excuse when I got to the window was that the inspector was there watching and they were trying to do everything perfect. Seems to me if the inspector was there Id be serving food a little faster at lunch time.

Honestly if you want Jack in the box dont go to the one in Lebanon the staff seems like they dont want to be there and the condiments like Ranch and ketchup are not always filled up the bathrooms are gross and the floors are gross it doesnt look like anybody does any cleaning around there.

24/7 night staff normally very good. But often times day staff rushes me though and does not allow me enough time to order our drive thru meals as we want. Great clean fast food dinning area and super clean easy to use bathroom.
