This fast food restaurant is horrid the food was slop to much condiments soggy lettuce cold fries. When the handed us are bag of food I asked if it was all there and attempted to check the bag the insisted several times it was all there so we just drove forward before leaving the lot we checked the bag to find several things were missing due to the inside being closed we were forced to go back through the drive thru waiting behind three cars when we finally got to the window they reacted as if they were oblivious. After taking a few minutes to discuss whos fault it was the manager told the girl to get an order of fries and two tacos the times missing asked us to pull around to the lot they would bring it to us. We waited in the parking the lot for almost 15 mins before they finally brought out are remaining items handed us the bag and walked off. No apologies or anything and it was thanksgiving night of all days. WOW. Worst ever.

The first thing I noticed coming into Jack in the Box was how cleanly the eating areas were. The second was the warm smile on the girl at the register as she greeted me. I generally like to play with the menu a little, and sometimes I change so much, I am given bitter attitude. That was something I did not have to worry about here. She took my order with all differences, and still she was bubbly and nice. I got my order perfectly prepared, and enjoyed my meal in the store. I would recommend this Jack in the Box to everyone with a 55 rating!

Literally the worst possible place to eat in albany. I have tried them multiple times the night crew is rude and act like serving you is the last thing they want to do. I have gotten wrong orders, missing food and to top it all off I also got a burger with a moldy bun.... given the choice of this jack in the box or a handful of rusty nails.... Ill take the nails, for the "unfortunate" experience I was given a token for a free sandwich. like I would ever go back

I wouldnt even give this place one star if i had the option to. The service is horrible, for a jack in the box the food absolutely sucks. They lock the bathrooms and dont even have the key to the mens room and will not allow the other one to be used. The last couple of times i have gotten food here me and my family has gotten sick. I would never recommend this place to anyone and suggest for people to stay away from it as much as possible.

I only eat here at night. So Im going by after midnight service. They try hard but these people always seem over worked. Nice but rushed. Milkshakes that I tried to order was never cleaned so they wouldnt serve me one. And Although there would only be maybe a car or two ahead of me, it still took almost 10 minutes to get my food. Other Then that its a jack in the box. Not amazing but only thing open after midnight that sounds good.

Have to disagree with the "you have to be a mexican to get service" comments. I am not mexican and yes, while the majority of their staff is hispanic, they are friendly and courteous and always get my order correct which cannot be said for McD or BK. Jack in the Box will never be mistaken for fine dining but seriously they give a quality product for the price.

I would give these stupid ****** a negative billion if they had the rating. Lived here for 16 years since they built that joke of a "fast" food restaurant(joke) it has awful food with inconsistent with horrible service. The owner(s) should go back to clown collage and learn how to run a business or do the community a favor and just shut the doors.

This location has really taken a plunge in the last year or so. Used to eat there several times a week but that has dropped off to maybe once a month and now I probably wont be going back to this one again for a while. There is consistently something incorrect with my order, and the iced coffee is never the same.

I always order japalino poppers there and they never give me the right amount.I always order 7 piece and get ether 5 or 6. I tried to get them to fix it but the manager refused to help.she just came over and in spanish told me no and walked away. how rude.

Dont have your hours as posted 24 hours if you close at any point. Going Rigobertos because at least they advertise correctly as a 24 hour restaurant. Been here twice in the last month and both time they have closed early or ran out of food

This place is a joke do not go here after midnight they block the drive through with a cone and slack off all night. With lights plastered saying drive thru open. Not just once this is the 4th time its been closed

I tried to place an order, however the cashier could barely speak English, Very aggravating when you are unable to place an order in English in your own Country!!! Have not been back since.

Absolutely awful. They forgot my fries, no bacon on one of my burgers, and one of my burgers was almost disintegrated they overcooked it so badly. WTF?? They dont give a crap. Stay away.
