Delicious! The regular medium salsa was excellent, one of the best Ive ever had, and the burrito I ordered was very tasty. One thing to note is that my wife felt that the re-fried beans were a little too spicy for her milder tastes, and neither one of us liked the red sauce at all. It just didnt really match my expectations of what a red sauce consists of, since I was expecting more of a tomato, onion, and garlic-based sauce, but this was more mole-based, and Im not accustomed to that type of bitterness with my burritos, so they get a pass on that one. Very tasty, super nice, family run place.

Our whole family has loved Sabrozon ever since they opened here in our neighborhood. Ive lost track of how many great meals weve had there. My personal favorites are their pastor burritos w/mole, street tacos, and fresh salsas (LOVE the hot and the avocado). We also recently had them cater for a family event and it was fantastic! The platters of soft & crispy tacos, black beans, rice, and assorted condiments were a huge hit with both the kids and the adults at our party. Great food, great people, and SO happy to have a place like Sabrozon so close to home!

This is a really great Mexican restaurant. I have lived in Eugene, Salem, and Portland over the last couple of years and have tried a lot of Mexican restaurants and this one rates as one of the best in the state. First off their salsa is amazing. Fresh and served with warm tasty chips. They also have this guacamole cilantro sauce that is perfect on any of their food. The food is very fresh and perfectly cooked with generous portions. If you are in the area and craving Mexican you probably couldnt find a better place.

Its my first time eating here and halfway done with my meal...SO DELICIOUS!!! I ordered the chile relleno, and enchilada with the cocoa based red sauce. Its everything I was hoping for, even the rice and beans have flavor. The salsas are amazing as well. The hot salsa is definitely HOT and the green sauce is so yummy!!! Even my 8 year old ate his whole carne asada burrito. I went in an hour before closing and the customer service was fast and friendly. I will be eating here again! Thanks Sabrozon! :D

Amazing food, people, atmosphere and service! From the moment we walked in, to leaving, we were constantly pleased. The restaurant was clean, chips were toasty hot and the salsa was fresh. The young man serving us was polite, prompt and accomodating. We had the chilie relleno and enchiladas and loved both equally. This is our new go to spot, happy to drive from Wilsonville!

The service was fantastic and the meat is definitely quality. The only thing that would up their game is flavor level. Everything is done very well, but very simply, not a ton of seasoning. They offer white rice as a side, which is different then most places, as well as cabbage on your tacos! If youre looking for a good Mexican munch this place is definitely worth a look!
