Where do i start on this place.. came here three separate times and had horrible experiences. 1st time my enchilada was cold and cheese was completely unmelted. My girlfriend and I waited at our table for almost a half hour just for the check. It blew my mind. We still tipped. 2nd time I got a margarita and it was undrinkable, sweetest and saltiest margarita Ive ever had. Our server gave us attitude and said I shouldve asked to had it muddled. Ive never had to ask that in any other place. It was clearly an excuse for her mistake as she just took time to make the second right. Girlfriend hated her food and decided she will never return. 3rd time I went to the bar alone. Last time is a charm right? This was last night. The whole place smelled so bad and as I approached the bar it got worse and worse until I sat down and noticed the horrible smell filling he restaurant was coming from the bar. I should have left then. This bar is so awkward to sit at, I am 62" and there was no room for my legs. Have only had this problem at one other bar. It made eating my food almost impossible. The bartender was rude and Unknowledgeable. I asked about margaritas and she tossed me a menu and walks away after just saying "here" The bar was absolutely empty and when she came back and I asked about flavors and types of margaritas she said "we have whats on the menu" but the menu confused me. No help so I asked to get a beer but they were out of mac n jacks so I asked to try Dos Equis and a Pacifico since Ive never had and she only gave me one sample. When I asked for the other she got upset. When a customer came in to sit behind me at a table I heard her sigh and get even more upset just to give him a menu, then I heard the servers and her argue over who gives him chips because no one wanted to serve him. At that time I hear a server throwing and slamming stuff in the front/kitchen as other employees are saying out loud to "calm down and chill out, its okay".. I heard all of this from the bar at 1030pm on a Tuesday. At that time I ate my food as fast I could, took my shot of don Julio, finished my beer and left. My tab was $25 and I left a $10 tip just to hopefully maybe give the baretender a reason to work and not give anyone else attitude for the night but something tells me it didnt work. Hope you guys and gals learn to enjoy your jobs, you wont lose good tipping customers like me. Never again.

This is a more upscale Taqueria El Antojo - most are casual, fast food type spots. This one is sit down with a full bar and its a nice, inexpensive place for a family meal. I love the fresh tortillas they make here. The Chile Rellenos are very good here as well. They dont always grill their mulitas, so I still prefer El Sabor for that. Solid Lengua and Tripa here. Prices are slightly higher here than other branches of Antojo, probably for the added ambiance, but its still better than the local El Toros or most other sit down Mexican spots.

El Restaurant esta muy bonito. .pero el servicio no muy bueno puras caras largas y trompudas por que será que todos los restaurantes hispanos dan muy mal servicio al cliente como si fuera que nos regalaran la comida al menos es mi experiencia que me a tocado......

This place was great. I dont know what has happened. Ive been here twice in the last month & a half. I always sit in the bar. The service in the bar is nonexistent. Wait to be served. Nobody for a refill. No silverware after foods brought. Nobody to ask. Food was lukewarm last time. Really in a Mexican joint! Waiting for my tab now. Drink empty, nobody around. The food taste good but customer service is horrible at best. I wouldnt support a 15$ an hour minimum wage at this place. Sorry I wont be back. Fool me twice.

Tried the tacos today n not good. I was so confused bcuz I thought I went to an authentic mexican restaurant n I feel like I just ate boxed n canned food. I will travel to tacoma n go to my favorite place, la fondita (food truck) or the Taqueria El Antojo on 38th. They make some awesome food. Oh n my sons shredded beef enchilada was disgusting, totally disappointed. Will not be going back. Oh n the kicker is they are extremely over priced. Dont waste ur money.

Table for 2 or 1? More like 0 to none This place is nice for their decore, the menus look amazing (light up menus)......however their service was slow and inefficient. It took 15 min. to make change for the bill that was given to us. The bathroom was dark and unsafe and the soup was salty. I probably wont be going back there again. Mabey in the near future once theyve worked out their bugs to their issues but its not on my list.

La comida está rica, sin embargo el servicio malo, pues unos tacos que pedimos los tuvimos que cancelar porque nunca llegaron. Una bebida la pedimos sin hielo y la trajeron con hielo. Suerte.

Ive been coming here for several years. Recently the place was remodeled. The menu is no longer on the video displays but now in a book menu. The PRICES have skyrockted. Be ready to be shocked. Guess the remodel cost got out of control. Food seems to be similar. Noticed much less friendly staff. Very noticable.

Super good and better then I expected. The water sold up front is good too and the manager let me try some before buying the bottle. The food is good and the people who work there. I think their names where Imar and herrmo lol I cant spell the names but they where so quick and friendly

For the first time Im so unhappy with what theyve become. Its not what it use to and the employees are whats losing their value add prices rise...ridiculous. customer service its always number one especially when I spend there like I do...Will not return deserve better then the riders

Excellent. clean restaurant, great prices for really good food. Many options. Friendly staff. Wish I would have tried them sooner. For under ten bucks I got 3 shredded beef tacos chips salsa a drink and tipped. Best lunch ever. If you havent tried them yet you have too!

I came here the day they opened their door. Since then, I have spent 1000s of my dollars at this place. Seriously the best Mexican food I have ever had and reasonably priced. There is nothing about this place I do not like. Go here! Get the fajita burrito!

Be advised, service is VERY SLOW here so if you get all butt hurt about that dont come here. They still get 5 stars because of how accommodating, friendly, and happy they are. Food was excellent, New go to spot when were craving Mexican food.

Even though the place is a kind of overdone - a bit of a mini Vegas in there! - the food is good, the service is excellent, the prices are very reasonable. Their pollo diabla, carne asada, and other classics are always up to standard.
