I am never disappointed when I come here. Been coming to Mexican Villa for as long as I can remember. It is mine and my familys favorite Mexican restaurant here in Vancouver. My dad has been coming here since he was in a high chair. It is small and family owned and thats what keeps it so consistent, fast, and unique. Their staff is super friendly and the chefs are very fast so you dont sit there for a long time waiting on your food. They always offer chips and hot sauce ($1) as an appetizer. They occasionally get too full and you have to wait a little while (downfall of being a small restaurant) but this doesnt happen too often. They dont take debit or credit so youll want to make sure to have cash or check with you (but if you forget, there is a bar next door with an ATM). Also, you should really try the cookies they sell at the front counter. I dont know why, but I am obsessed with them haha

Been going here for 20 years and they nail it every time! It is certainly not "authentic" as someone suggested, but it is fast, cheap, and delicious. If youre looking for higher end Mexican food, then I would suggest somewhere else, but if you want a fast, tasty lunch or dinner, then "the hole in the wall" as my family refers to it is the place to go.

We have been going there since our kids were in high chairs. Today they have their own children and love the Villa also. Their food is consistently good. Whenever we try another mexican restaurant we are always disapointed and wish we had gone to the Villa. They are Good Honest people making great food!

The burrito was pretty good, chips and "salsa" were actually chips and hot sauce though. For me a Mexican restaurant needs to have good chips and salsa though, and margaritas, and this didnt have either. That being said, the staff were great and very friendly, and the service was all very fast.

Only takes cash. Got order wrong both times we went. Terrible customer service, unless you are a regular then the chef and other staff will talk to you and ignore the other customers.

Hands down my favorite Mexican place to eat in Vancouver! Small menu, family owned, and very authentic! Been eating there since I was a kid! Cono tacos are always a hit with the kids!

They got 6 put 11 items we order wrong. Like how do you mess up a beef ,bean, and cheese burrito? The chicken enchiladas were super dry and flavorless aswell.
