It isnt a terrible place to shop. We hit this place after we go to Costco. It is best to avoid to the weekends as it is really crowded. I do not understand the people who have shopping carts overflowing with items. Do things not get crushed? Bulk foods section offers good savings, but some parents let their kids roam around putting their hands into the bin. If I see them again I will say something about it to their parents. The produce department is pretty hit or miss as far as quality goes. You can forget about asking them questions. Apparently speaking English is not encouraged by the management. As for the Employee owned bit or co op by another review. Employees are given the option to buy shares. They are not given and most opt not to buy them.

What an overcrowded mess. Stood in line for 40 minutes, behind some lady who fought with the cashier on whether she could purchase every item on her food stamps or food check of whatever. Three cashiers opened in that time but would have four carts in them before I could move. Never once did any of them notice what was happening and offer to bring me over in another line. I finally just walked out. My time is worth more than any money this unprofessional store could save.

Nothing fancy, but best prices around, huge selection, and friendly employees always willing to stop what theyre doing to help you find something. Be prepared to bag your own groceries, although you might miss the surprise of finding your bag of formerly frozen shrimp underneath the bread you didnt bother putting away the night before.

Reasonable prices. Quality food items. Open 24 hours. What more does one need in a grocery store? Courteous employees too. At times, one might come across clueless employees who do not know the location of some of the items. Reduced one star because of the wait times at the checkout section.

The prices are very reasonable and they have the best bulk section of any store Ive been to. The one thing thats leaves much to be desired is the produce selection, which at times is not ripe, or quality. I know you get what you pay for, but the option to pay more for quality would be nice.

Cant beat Winco prices! This store is kept fairly clean, I do prefer the location in downtown Hillsboro as I feel this one is a little more busy. This location is better than the Cedar Hills Location though, Cedar Hills is super busy and I think the customers are more rude because of that.

Compared to other grocery store prices Winco has the lowest price and I can find almost anything I need. The fruit looks beautiful but sometimes the cilantro and other greens still have dirt on it and spoils very quickly. Wish they could be a little more careful with that.

Great prices compared to lot of the other grocery stores. The cost is around the same as Costco though in smaller sizes. Cheaper fresh fruit and vegetables than Costco but more expensive in fresh meat. Over all employees are helpful and nice to work with as a customer.

I usually go later at night so the isles are full if stocking, but thats to be expected. Some of the employees could be more attentive, I was almost run over twice by forklifts. The produce can be hit or miss so be careful if that or you may get bad produce

Great prices. I usually dont buy deli meat or produce here. My husband always complains about the quality of it...I somewhat suspect this is just in his head. Some of my regular things I cant find here (ban deodorant?) but I can deal with it.

Its WinCo. This one is relatively nice with will stocked shelves and a clean environment. Staff was friendly. Prices are the best around. You know what to expect from the no frills shopping experience if youve been to one before.

I can pretty much find what Im looking for, including pretty reliable sushi, Nice beer selections and Salami... not to mention our standard groceries needed on a weekly basis. Oh yeah, the k-cup choices are not too bad as well.

Very cheap! Everyone here is friendly. The one downside is that it is always really busy and when you go in there at night there are boxes everywhere and it is hard to walk through the isles. But I really love shopping here.

Really good food selection. Produce is good quality and lasts a long time. Meat is well priced and good deals can often be found. You will have to bag your own groceries, but it is worth the effort for the cost savings.

Pretty decent Winco. I wish they had shopping baskets there when I walked in. This is the only WinCo that hasnt had a sufficient amount of shopping baskets. I am personally more fond of the Beaverton location.

Not a fan of the remodel and the chaos st night. Thats why I go in the middle of the night to avoid people. The normal stocking isnt that bad but with the remodel. Go to another store. Too much of a headache!!

A neat and organized community grocery store that offers very competitive pricing. Its 24 Hour which means you can stop by anytime and find what you need. The store is logically laid out and kept very clean.

I wish a Winco could be closer to where I live, (Scappoose OR). We generally shop at the Winco in Hillsboro. Love the prices, variety of goods and their quality. THANK YOU for such a wonderful store!!!!

Prices cannot be beat. You can get a weeks worth of groceries for well under $100. However, quality on produce and meat can vary wildly. Be forewarned: they do not accept credit cards here. Debit is OK.

Friendly workers during the daytime on the floor. Several asked if I needed help or was finding what I needed. Good to know there was help not far away. Lots of registers open too. Friday at 330pm.

Much cleaner than most Winco stores and the produce is always fresher than the pricier goods at the local Fred Meyer. The only store in the area that still has a working can/bottle recycling center.

Great prices.. just pay attention to what you buy, sometimes box boys dont pay attention to what they are doing! Also sometimes stuff is expired or bad or something and the store doesnt notice!

I love this WinCo! The cashiers are always friendly and the staff helpful. And they have some of the best prices. Their everyday prices rival sale prices at other stores. A great place to shop!

I love winco. The prices are great and the quality is good. I shop at other grocery stores very rarely. The employees are nice and winco has a reputation for treating them well.

Fresh produce and generally great prices make WinCo one of my favorite grocery stores. The people here often seem genuinely happy compared to the forced smiles at Whole Foods.
