Red leaf and green leaf is exceptionally small, wilted, and damaged - from being packed too tightly. Zucchini was softer than an overly ripe tomato - not exaggerating. I was shocked at how poor of shape the produce on the floor was, especially considering one of the main reasons for shopping here is supposed to be fresh produce. And especially considering the price. Terrible. Also not enough low carb treat options, such as low carb tortilla shells or low carb pizza offerings. And their low carb ice cream is nearly 2 dollars more than Ive seen elsewhere, which is outrageous. Regardless, they need to get their produce situation figured out big time. Its why I quit shopping here years ago and went to the other major organic grocer - and why it appears I will continue to not shop here. I want to give these guys my business but they need to get their act together.

How can I say this - the best experience at a grocery store. This place has such a great sense of community that I feel like I could live here! The food both groceries and cooked is amazing- breads and cheeses and fresh meats and Veggies like never before. Anyone who is in Orenco needs to be here on a regular basis. That big Corporate chain may have better prices but this is a terrific option! We have played chess and had lunch in what little free time we have had. We have had sales meetings there and taken our best clients to the deli/grill for lunch! Fair to say Orenco and Hillsboro would not be the same without New Seasons! Thanks to the entire staff - From Dirk Knudsen / Kirra Krussman at Platform Realty Group - we can see you from our deck!

Its definitely not your local Safeway or Fred Meyers. Lots of natural (what some may consider "hippie") products. Great produce, deli, bakery, and wine/beer departments. The produce is generally a little more expensive than other grocery stores, but you seem to get what you pay for. I go mostly for the bakery and wine/beer selection. They get in a lot of interesting beers from all over. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they have in stock and has always given me great recommendations. *I listed appeal as "very good" because their prices are generally a little higher than Id like them to be, but they have a great selection of items which arent always available elsewhere.

The caption is very apt for new seasons. It really is the friendliest grocery store. People who work in the store are really helpfull. For example, they sell diff cheese blocks, already weighed and priced accordingly, but i was craving for grilled cheese, and i did not a buy a big block of cheese and feel guilty untill i finished it. So i had asked them if they could slice a small piece of my fav cheese and they did not mind at all inspite of the additional work. That being said, the store overall is a little pricey but they have a great selection of vegetables and fresh bread all the time.

I came looking for reviews of this market but how can I call Joes reviews helpful? He gave a terrible review to every one of the New Seasons markets on the same day but with a different story at each one. Wow! He sure gets around (and if theyre true, he must bring out the worst in everyone he meets). Hes a liar, plain and simple. If he had bad experiences at the first one, why would he go to the next? And having a bad experience there, why go to the third? Five stars to Joe for being a liar.

This grocery story is a little gem! The staff here are always friendly and accomodating. The deli, meat, wine, and produce selections are what keeps me coming back. You can get meats from the deli that you cant find at any other grocery store like sliced to order Parma prosciutto. They offer several sustainable proteins as well. The produce selection is truly elite with high quality, flavorful, organic selections. The experience and the variety make what you buy here worth every penny.

Racist workers. If your a male or female who loves America and the diversity we have in this country dont be fooled by new seasons and there LGBT owners. If you think any diffrent then what they believe, you are put down and discriminated against . Please support honest businesses. Spend your money somewere else. If your in hillsboro check out are local mexican market by goodwill. Best grocery store ever. Best mexican food in oregon. Way better butcher shop and produce.

New Seasons is the best store in Washington County for me. I buy a lot of organic produce and bulk foods, and they have a very nice, clean selection of both. They always have what I am looking for, often things that other stores would never dream of carrying. They have a nice bakery, a good selection of coffee and tea. The only thing they lack is better tasting prepared foods... I avoid those. I never go to any other store unless I am just buying 1 or 2 things.

I live in the Orenco neighborhood, and find myself at New Seasons several times a week. Everyone there is very friendly and I always leave satisfied. Sad to see someone had a negative interaction at the sample counter. The workers up there are always very nice and very knowledgeable. Not an easy job. I also enjoy the great selection of local items and quality of their food.

Yes, its a grocery store. But. Its locally owned and operated, and they curate and excellent range of products. Their produce is always clean and fresh. The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff is never anything but friendly. The best feature is their deli, both in the case and pre-packaged. Huge selection and excellent quality.

Since being told (and harassed until I did) leave with my service pet, despite him having a vest, card and my VA card mentioning a service animal, I take an opportunity to leave "a present" whenever I stop in for something cheap. This is not a place for people that have served this country, or for people who are dependent on a service animal

Long wait. Was waiting to be served in the meat department and watched numerous other customers that arrived after me receive service before me. Not sure if it says more about the customers who knowing it wasnt their turn didnt correct the staff, or the staff who wasnt being very attentive. I ended up being so frustrated that I just left.

Excellent service and great selection. The cheese counter is always handy with good recommendations and the coffee bar / hot food staff are always good. On a couple occasions the staff has gone out of their way to help pick an item. Once they even opened a bottle to sample for the staff and myself since none of us had tried that brand.

Good selection of locally-sourced mixed with regular options. Looked like a solid selection of vegan foods as well. All the staff is helpful and courteous. Its the PNWs version of Sprouts Farmers Market. There are grab-and-go options as well as a seating area with hot food by the lb and sandwiches.

Friendly staff. New seasons is more expensive than my other super markets but I always walk away feeling like the extra cost, if there was any, was well worth it. Between the friendly people, the good sales, excellent selection, the clean environment and the free fruit for kids - its a 5/5.
