After reading the great reviews of Extreme Pizza, we decided to order from them. First, it is expensive, but not crazy spendy. The one good thing about Extreme is that you can order individual pizza for about $7.50 and, even better, you can order a whole pizza and do half and half. The people who gave Extreme a great review could not have ever eaten good pizza. I could not believe how disgusting the sauce and crust were. It was totally inedible, and I even think pizza hut is ok. The tomato sauce is like watery ketchup with a bit of Italian seasoning. The crust is like sweet bread. It is too bread-like and has this sweet taste. I will admit that out of the 3 pizzas we ordered we did really like one- the Holy Cow. It really is delicious, but is is a white cheese pizza with walnuts, so it didnt have that disgusting sauce. The other two pizza were inedible. Oh, and one pizza was the works and we could hardly see a fleck of cheese. Lastly, they usually put cheddar on their pizza, which I do not care for, so I requested no cheddar. I cannot imagine this helping the pizza taste any better. Next we dove into the "wings," and we jumped right back out again. I put the wings in quotations because they were nothing but chicken nuggets soaked in hot sauce. (They do the soaking at the restaurant because there is no hot sauce dripping from the nuggets, they are just any fast food nuggets soaked in hot sauce. Sadly, there are the calzones, these poor calzones had no hope with that bread and tomato sauce. We had a few bites and into the trash it went. Lastly, we ordered a sandwich and paid $8 for it and it was not delivered. We gave the driver a $11 tip, but this guy was scary. I do not want to be too specific because I do not want him to know the address of this complaint, but dont order from Extreme if you are home alone. There is no doubt this guy was on a little extra something to get through his shift. He honestly scared me. Anyway, I dont get the rave reviews and I have probably written less than 10 reviews in my life, but I was so disgusted paying $70 for this EXTREMELY disappointed food.

I ordered their pizza that has alfredo sauce, bacon (and I gotta say this is not your average bacon you get at pizza and burger joints... It was thick and cooked perfectly with a taste that did not leave me wanting!), green onions, tomatoes and tons of ooey-gooey cheese. The crust was fantabulous too! Hand tossed and the perfect amount of chewy to crunch ratio... I am telling you this was one of the best if not THE best pizzas Ive ever consumed....and Im a big time pizza eater who has lived all over the country from coast to coast. So, now you know what I think about the pizza but thats not even the best part! Today I was discharged from the hospital having just had a full hip replacement... but today is one of the worst weather days weve had in years. Lots of snow and overwhelming amounts of freezing rain. I live in Salem and the hospital is up near Portland, or in Tanasbourne (Hillsboro basically) which is ober an hour drive on a good day. Soooo, My wifey could not drive me home in this crap so the hospital put us up in this crappy hotel Im currently hanging out in and writing this review. Being dinner time I started calling around to all of the pizza joints in the area and that list included all of the big chain joints plus a few ma & pa types that Id never heard of. So I call 8 places and half were closed due to the weather. Another place was open but would only sell me pick up cuz all of their drivers called in today due to the dangerous driving conditions. You get the idea... it wasnt looking good for me on this most crappiest of days. So my very last call was to the one and only Extreme Pizza. And you guessed it, they had NO PROBLEM delivering a pizza to me... and i told ya what I thought of that above. So in closing I also have to say both of the people I dealt with were super nice and courteous... wow! Yeah, We gave them a nice big fat tip! So, if you ever have the opportunity I strongly recommend you check out Extreme Pizza and trust me, youre gonna love it! -Thanx for listening... Jim Normandy

Pizza is always legit. Drivers are always on time or earlier than expected. I did get some raw dough in a desert once and never followed through getting a refund but the pizza has always been good. The price for the personal 8" is very reasonable. Good options and choices for toppings and sauces. Cant find the ingredient list online though.... 4/5 only because there have been a few times there was meat on my pizza that wasnt mentioned on the website but I fear thats more an issue with the website than the people making the pizza. And the person who claims they had their CC stolen when calling an order in here twice, Are they daft? Never give out your CC over the phone, There are rouge smartphone apps that have access to your Microphone and can run in the background recording all your microphone data, they can listen for CC information during calls. I doubt it was some employee there stealing it, more their smartphone has been compromised and they are a fool for speaking out loud their entire CC num, Expiration and prob the security code too. Just asking for a rogue app or hacker to scalp that data.

Pizza is just OK, nothing special and overpriced for the quality. Customer Service is terrible and nonresponsive if you have an issue. Our last order for delivery was lost. After calling they blamed the company they contract with as being the problem...but it was there and she read it back to me including the correct time I ordered. After a little over two hours and three phone calls we received our order. I had to pretty much beg to get 10% off when none of this was my fault. For the attitude I dealt with for their mistake I feel something more should have been done automatically and I shouldnt have had to ask for any type of discount. The attitude we received on the phone has caused them to lose our personal business and our company business. We will no longer order from them as the pizza is just so-so and without any customer service why bother? I sent a complaint to their corporate site feedback link, no response from them either. So I am glad I received an email today from Extreme, with links so I could provide customer feedback.

Having recently moved to the Orenco Station neighborhood in Hillsboro, all we wanted one busy moving in evening was food ... delivered food. I stumbled across Extreme Pizza on Google ... we loved the unique menu and ordered one of their signature pizzas and a Backyard Betty salad. Oh my, look no more, we were more than Extremely impressed! We have ordered often since then trying many of the amazing signature pizzas, some "regular" pizzas ... we usually get a half and half, and we always get one of the more than generous salads to share too. Weve also tried some of their sandwiches. We have never been disappointed, love the online ordering, delivery people are always friendly, right on time with hot food hot and cold food cold. We remain impressed to the Extreme with what we now consider our only "bring us dinner" place.
