I have loved this Black Rock and have always had excellent service, but Yesterday I went there and was completely appalled at the service. I asked for my regular, which I get every time I go there and they have never messed it up. I get my drink and it tastes awful. I nicely told the employee that she may have gotten my drink wrong and she responds with attitude, she then offers to fix it. I received the drink and it tasted exactly the same. I then left upset, and afraid of asking for her to fix it again because of the attitude I received the first time. The next day I am hoping that maybe this was just a one time thing and I head over to get my chocolate chai that I always get. The employee is at the window and I ask for my drink. She then proceeds to make polite conversation with me and I receive my drink thinking that she may have gotten over whatever made her angry the other day. But, when I get to my work I take my first sip and I get chocolate coffee instead of a chocolate chai. I understand that work can be stressful but nothing should impede your job so much that you screw up my order three times.

Couldve been a better experience if they werent blaring music so loud that I couldnt even hear myself think while trying to study and enjoy my coffee. It was so loud that I felt like I was at some country dance nightclub? And the baristas were acting like they were bar tending behind the counter. I think they might be a little confused. :/ Wouldnt recommend if youre looking for a relaxing space to study or whatnot. On the other hand if your trying to turn up on energy smoothies and line dance, you should probably go here.

Ive been a regular customer for months, and they have a lot of awesome staff. But when I checked my bank account it showed they had double charged me, having me pay 18 for two drinks. I went back with a reciept and asked about it and showed my bank statement trying to figure out what happened. The girl inside statement was "youre just trying to get free drinks, and I dont know what you expect me to do about that." Not even mad about the money, just upset about how they treated me after going there so long.

Drive up, friendly girl opens the window. Couldnt here me over the music she was blaring inside. Ordered a "Fuel" and a "Blueberry Chai ". The "fuel" had maybe a single shot within it, and the blueberry chai was 1 part chai 2 parts blueberry flavored syrup. Maybe she had a hard time seeing what she was doing, with all that mascara on her fake eyelashes. Well stick to Dutch Bros.

Great coffee and sweet place to hangout or work. My issue was that the staff didnt really seem to care there were actual customers in the store they were joking and eating behind the counter and turned the music up sooo loud it felt like you were in a club. I rarely give a bad review but it was super rude.

I go here everyday for my rockstars and to buy my friends drinks too! The employees are so nice and thoughtful. The guys are really funny and always make my day :) the drinks are always better tasting at this location too. Thanks for being the only reason I make it through the day lately! Lol

My favorite place for a quick latte. Same concept as Dutch brothers but less sweet, and seems to have more of a caffeine kick. It seems like Dutch brothers coffee has gotten weaker over the years, so this is a good replacement if you used to be a fan.

A LOT slower than the one up the street around Powell. Could be 1 drive-thru vs a double, but its worth driving North to the other one if youre headed that way. Folks were friendly & drinks were consistent.

I love the site down style Blackrock. The design is very modern and cozy. Coffee is the great Blackrock cup Ive come to expect. Absolutely perfect for starting your day off right.
