I ordered the new breakfast meal, got a couple extra things came out to almost 18 bucks, I was in a rush, pit stop b4 wrk, but when I got to work like many other times I guess they gave me what they wanted me to have. It wasnt 18 bucks worth, 2 dollar sandwiches with nothing on it all bun for what 1.50 each n a side of potato wedges, not what i ordered .. they have a problem giving refunds and manager is an ass hole. They are ripping ppl off. They are hoping customers wont come back, easy money for them

They lock their doors 15 minutes before closing the dining room. When asked about it in the drive-thru, they said it was open. "Great! Well come inside". Get out of the car, go back to the door, and they dont answer. I understand that lots of restaurants dont want people to come in close to close, but being honest about it would go a long way towards customer satisfaction. Answering a knock on the front door when youre open would also be nice.

Late night hard shelled tacos.... I give you 7 stars but you lose three of them... First for allowing the housing challenged to panhandle people in the drive through. A Second for letting the night staff constantly tell people they cant make shakes because the machine is being cleaned for the next hour. And a Third for having a sign that says open 24 hours But not serving food between 4am and 5am for "computer restarts".

Despite the long lines or the late nights people just seem to always come to this jack in the box and take forever to place an order which causes impatience and items to be forgotten then complain at the window finding any reason to hold up the line if people were unhappy or dissatisfied then they should go to a different fast food i honestly lobe this jack in the box and especially because the location that it is in.

They forgot to put chicken in my chicken burger and the Latin looking assistant manager with spiky hair and red shirt in charge today November 27 2016 at 7:20 was arguing with me about the burger after I had already spoke with another person about the incident. He was so disrespectful last time I ever come here! I hope jack in the box can do something about this, it was really upsetting.

One of the most efficient drive thrus in SF. There is always a long line of cars after midnight. No doubt many of them are Lyft and Uber drivers. But, the chain of cars moves fast and soon youll be able to enjoy a box of munchie meal too! The food that comes out is always fresh and hot. The people taking your order are friendly. Cant ask for much more from a fast food restaurant.

This is the worst freaking jack in the box. They got my whole order wrong and didnt give me all my items. When I asked the person at the drive thru window to correct he had attitude. The Mexican guy working at window is the worst

Good luck on them getting your order correct the second time, before they lie and say they have something on the menu they have and dont then substitute items for it..., or for that matter your tacos being actually fresh

Generally fast drive thru service and are friendly. They are open until atleast 2 a.m that i know which is super cool and conveniant. but I cant even count the number of times theyve got my order wrong and missed items.

Make sure to check your order. Sometimes these guys are really stoned and accidentally forget something. Sometimes they are coked up and you get extra stuff. Its always fun!

They mess up the orders quite a bit in the drive through so make sure you check your food before you leave. They tend to leave things out.
