I have no idea how good the food was because I never got it. Dont order delivery on the weekends because it doesnt start until 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Its really disappointing to put in a order and find out 10 minutes before its supposed to show up that they dont have delivery today. Its definitely something that should be on the website. I wouldnt have ordered it as delivery but I dont have a car to go pick it up. The only good thing is that they didnt run my card yet. edit: The food is decent, I have ordered from them since but they still dont list delivery hours online. Also, today I ordered food after calling to verify they had a driver and had to call an hour after I received the confirmation email only to find they hadnt been checking orders. I expressed that I needed the food in 20 minutes and they said they could accommodate that deliver. When I called back an hour later they said the previous person Id talked to had cancelled the order completely and then wouldnt offer much of a discount even though Id waited 2 hours for food because of their incompetence.

At my work, our dept was trying to throw a wonderful going away party for a team member going on to bigger and better things. We priced everything out, it was a little high but we went with it because in the past we have been surprised by this particular restaurant. we forgot our coupon. The particular company I work for is over 2300 at out site alone. Our call center provides quite a bit of business to them, however, they refused to discount the meal and made us drive back to work to return with the coupon while our food sat and got cold and mushy. If a company wishes to succeed, they should always strive to please the customer. I understand a policy where coupons need to be presented but when dealing with a facet of a large company they should try to please the customer otherwise they may lose business. They were inconsidereate and didnt try to make us feel better... and they certainly have lost some business because of this horrible unconcerned attitude towards their customers. I know I wont support a company that acts in this manner. with this company, buyer beware.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese Ive had in the US. Their menu is largely Mandarin ... lots of white sauces, even on their "spicy Szechuan" dishes. Half the menu is Thai dishes, lemongrass, Pad Thai, coconut milk, lemongrass, curry... yuk, I came here for Chinese! Their Szechuan dishes arent even close, and they have no Hunan. The owner told me the only difference between their KungPao Chicken and their Cashew Chicken is one has cashews and the other peanuts. He wasnt kidding, their KungPao is a flavorless mild sauce. Their breaded dishes, like Sesame Beef and Szechuan Beef are awful; the meat is undercooked and chewy; the breading is soggy and pasty. Unfortunately they are 4 blocks away, and the nearest good Chinese is 4 miles away, so I eat here every couple of months for the past 4 years .... when I am desperate for Chinese and dont want to drive for 45 minutes. They do get points for consistency; the food has been tastless, undercooked, and soggy for 4 years.

My wife and I ordered from the Happy Panda on New Years Eve. We are recent transplants from another state. Weve had Chinese food throughout the US and I must say, this is undoubtedly, the worse weve ever had. I had the General Tso Chicken. My wife had the Shrimp Chow Mein. I will say that Ive had General Tso in many states and Happy Pandas version is weak and tastes awful. The sauce is diluted. My wifes dinner, she says was OK, up until she got diarrhea several hours later. She cant say for certain that it occurred because of their food but I tend to believe that it was. Anyone saying that Happy Panda is excellent surely must be deprived of Chinese culinary arts. Next time, we will go to Chinatown and try some of their culinary delights. Sorry Happy Panda, you need to revisit the quality of your foods.

This is my new favorite place to eat in term of varieties and selections "Asian" When I am lazy I normally uses their delivery. One day my husband and I stopped by Happy Panda for lunch and we noticed that they just opened up a "GLUTEN FREE" Teriyaki, next door, which is so hard to find so we gave it a tried and we both loved it!! I love how the ribs teriyaki tasted, they are so yummy!! I visited a lot of restaurant and I have to say that this Teriyaki restaurant is not a penny pincher. The cashier saw that I ate all my rice so she went in and gave me more rice plus some awesome macaroni salad to try for FREE. My husband was at awe with the $7.50 chicken teriyaki and a drink. It literally can feed 2 people. Wow Cant beat that price. We will be back!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We have not eaten at this location before and we would order delivery but we are two blocks from the cutoff. We went in to the Happy Panda at 1415 NW 185th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006 on Saturday may 18th at approximately 4:15 PM and our intention was to order $40 to $50 worth of food. We asked the young man with blond hair behind the counter if we could upgrade to a different kind of rice if we ordered one of the family meals and we were willing pay an extra charge. I was shocked to hear him say “NO”. For a few dollars more they would have made some money but “NO” means we spent no money and left. I will never understand why restaurants do this, it’s so easy to make the customer happy and make profit at the same time and yet this Happy Panda does not get it.

I see the delivery cars all around my neighborhood, so I expected this place to be much better than it was. I went one night for take out, they were reasonably fast at prepping the food, everyone was nice, but I was disappointed with the flavor. We ordered fried prawns, Kung Pow chicken, and sesame chicken. He prawns were very good. Not too greasy for being fried and the sauce they came with was flavorful. On the other hand, neither chicken dish had any flavor. They were kinda bland and tasted as if there was just one universal sauce that Happy Panda uses for every dish. Portion sizes were big, but that didnt matter as much because it didnt taste good. Probably not going to go back. It wasnt worth it for my money.

Seems to be hit and miss, with more misses in the last 6 months. I dont know if they have two completely different chefs that work alternate shifts or if maybe one chef left. It used to be very good one order then bland and incorrectly prepared the next. Lately it seems the bad chef is working more. Orange chicken used to be nice and crispy with light orange sauce. Now its generic fried bleh soggy because its been drowned in off the shelf sauce. The Chicken Fried rice used to be amazingly flavorful and now is tasteless and doesnt seem to be actually fried at all. Hopefully they hire back their old chef.

My mother visited this restaurant while on the road home tonight. She told me that after ordering her food, she was dissatisfied with the quality of the meal. She went to the counter to complain and requested a refund. They refused, saying "We no offer service like that." After explaining it was an American custom to do so, he ran her out of the restaurant, verbally berating her. He yelled at her saying "You saying I not American? You racist or something?". So far to say, she was very upset at his outburst. I cant blame her for then making such comments including the "C" word towards him.
