Gambled and won: TLDR: Excellent quality, portion size and price. Full Review: So a few nights ago I had no desire to cook and no desire to go out. I decided to order delivery from Super Wok even though I had never eaten there before. I started the order online process only to find that it is a $30 minimum for online ordering. So I ordered 3 dishes figuring to make 3 sampler meals out of them. Not knowing what their quality of food was this was pretty decent gamble on my part. Order was placed around 6:45pm on a Friday night, worst time to order delivery food of any kind. The food took a bit over an hour to get to me. Considering the time and day I cannot fault them too much for that length of time. When I called at about the 40 minute mark to inquire about the status of my order, they were very polite while informing as to how busy they were. Next time I will try and order during a non-peak time and see how their delivery speed is. I ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken with white rice, and Chicken/Mushroom Gai Pin with Lo Mein noodles. Chicken Fried Rice: 4 stars. Flavor and rice texture were excellent, would have been 5 stars but the chicken was kind of dry. Sesame Chicken with white Rice: 4 stars. The Lo Mein was slightly soggy, but had good flavor. All three meals had very generous portions of meat, not like some places that skimp on it. Much less greasy than others as well. Because of the portion sizes I ended up making four meals out of the three dishes I ordered. Price after tax was about $32 which works out to $8 dollars a meal. Pretty darned reasonable these days! Overall, best Chinese Ive had in a long time. I will order from them again.

I placed my order online. I ordered lunch entrees around 11am. After I paid online and placed my order I received a call from them saying they dont have lunch on that day (it was Sunday). Kind of annoying that it let me place an order for lunch then if it wasnt available. So I said just change my order to dinner entrees and adjust my card amount. She said no, she had to cancel and I had to redo my online order. Annoying. So I went online again to place another order. When I was done she called back and said never mind she could change the first order for me. Again annoying. Dont know why they didnt do that in the first place. Then it took almost 2 hours to receive our order. When the man got to our door he demanded more money. $11 more in the addition to the already high adjusted price of $55. We told him they adjusted our card already and he didnt understand English and just ignored us and called the place and handed us the phone where the bad speaking English lady argued with us on the phone and said we owe more. We didnt have cash so my boyfriend had to find a check and write a check for the additional amount. It was ridiculous. $66 for some lunch that took 2 hours to get. He said he will never ever go there again. Dont blame him. Food was decent but 90% veggies 10% protein. Not worth it.

This place was awful. When I went in to order to go I asked if they had a vegetarian pho, the woman who had an awful scowl on her face said yes and pointed to it on the menu. I ordered that and went home. When I got home I opened the tub which was filled with a very dark broth, which is unusual because every pho restaurant Ive gone to the broth is light colored because its vegetable broth. I called and asked the woman what kind of broth they use for vegetarian pho. She said "beef broth". I very politely said "if it has beef broth I wouldnt consider it vegetarian, it should have vegetable broth shouldnt it?" She said "no no no we use beef." I hung up and wrapped everything back up and went in to get a refund. They glared at me, did not apologize or look sympathetic at all, they were very rude. I just apologize and said "Im sorry, I was under the impression that it was vegetarian. I do not eat beef." She glared and ignored me then handed me my money and I left. I do not understand why this woman was so angry and rude, I was polite as I could be about the situation. Its safe to say I probably will never go back there again, it seems they undervalue their customers.

Been ordering occasionally for 6-9 months. Portions are spotty and everything is usually fairly bland. Although sushi is usually expensive, portions here are tiny considering the price. $12 for a handful of bland food? I recently got an order of sushi and some shrimp fried rice. It was the most boring fried rice Ive ever had. It was dry and nearly flavor-less and there was nearly no egg but there was probably 2 meals worth in it. They still used a portioned box for it which probably gives you 3/4 of what you think youre getting. It was plenty for the price and I used the sauce that came with my sushi to give it some semblance of flavor. The sushi is well-made but the rolls are tiny and with barely any flavor. Very hard to justify given the price. The cheaper rolls and even smaller but probably more worth it since the specialty rolls arent exactly impressive. Interactions are awkward too. We always get a different person delivering but sometimes they barely even speak to us in a personable way. It makes the whole thing seem like some kind of drug deal like in" Breaking Bad" rather than a simple food delivery.

Lets see, great food but they speak NO ENGLISH and use a 10 year old child as a translator. I placed my order online at 5:00PM they told me 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. Two hours later I call to enquire about my food and suddenly I get my food two and a half hours later, to find its only half my order. Called them yet again and spoke with the same ten year old girl who had to translate the problem to them MANY times. The driver gets here a second time AND still does not have my complete order. I have ordered from them for a long time and love the food but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Note its now 8:16PM and Im still waiting on a completed order placed at 5:00PM

I walked in and the lady behind the register seemed to be upset.as she glared at me. It was an hour before the posted closing time. She barked at me "you want take out?". I said no. She pointed at the area she wanted us to sit and scowled at me. I asked her what time they closed and I got one answer from her and a different answer from the other guy behind the counter. So my son and I walked out. The lady was rude and I got the impression they didnt want to serve anymore customers despite the fact they were opened another 30 minutes according to what she had just told me. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. Very unpleasant experience.
