I Love Black Rock! Just not this one. The barista that works at night (at least the three nights I went) is the worst. 1st night she closed early, admittedly it was only about 5 minutes early, but I was dying for coffee. Second night, she made my drink wrong. Third night when I was asking her to make it the way I liked she interrupted me while I was talking and then when I had to repeat myself because she talked over me, she flipped me off by "scratching" her face. Totally obvious. So thats all one person, the reason I am taking the time to write this is because the when I went back (because theres none near by that compares to BR) I talked to the other girl who said she was the Regional Manager. I explained my complaint. To which she replied "well tout do seem a little hostile" Are you serious??? Lets accuse the customer of overreacting. Then when I said yea maybe a little, but I just want my coffee, she had the audacity to tell me "you catch more flys with honey than vinegar" I had to just walk away.

Do you remember the moment in The Santa Clause when Charlie and Scott are at Dennys and all Charlie wanted was chocolate milk? When Dennys couldnt provide what Charlie wanted, it lead to the famous line "plain milks fine." Charlie was heart broken. His world was at a low point as his dad screwed up the dinner and now he is at Dennys with the Hatsutashi party and all of the other single dads that burnt the turkey. Well, in terms of mochas, Black Rock says "plain milk is NOT fine!" In fact they use chocolate milk for their mochas... Unless you order nonfat. #plainmilkisnotfine I stick to mochas when I am here, but I order nonfat iced or nonfat hot mochas. They just use good coffee and good chocolate.

Convenient for commuters and for Nike workers. The prices are fair, the staff is upbeat and friendly. There is almost always a line in the AM but it moves pretty fast and there is an option to switch over to a much shorter line for subway if you were only getting regular coffee anyhow.

My peppermint bark mocha lacked any peppermint bark... Probably due to the baristas inability to chat & make drinks at the same time. Both drinks ordered were rather poorly made. Much prefer the Black Rocks on 99. This one smacks of a Dutch Bros (she shudders).

This is one of my favorite coffee places--not only is eggnog latte out in mid-October (and slated to stay until February!!!!!) they are super fast and super friendly. A great place to go first thing in the morning!

One of my very favorite coffee shops. I love the coffee itself, and the barristas are always friendly. Theres usually a significant line at the drive-thru: I often park and walk up to the pedestrian window.

Black Rock Coffee is excellent and this location in particular has some really wonderful people. The walk up area is large, but the drive thru its a bit of a challenge to navigate if you have a larger car.
