Ive heard really great things about this place. But my wife and I left very disappointed. The food was pretty good. But none of it was great. Most of what we tried seemed to be trying too hard and not really pulling anything off really well. The decor was also nice. But it felt a little sterile for the comfort food we were seeking. My biggest complaint was with the service. Which I rarely, complain about. The staff were extremely cold and inattentive. No pleasantries were given when we walked in. No one checked on us as we ate. No one asked us if wed like desert (we did). No smiles. No goodbye and thanks for coming in as we left. This could have just been a bad day for someone. But several staff were like this toward us. I dont know if this was because we didnt buy a bottle of wine and so, didnt look like we could afford desert. But regardless, we didnt feel welcome and we, probably, wont try it again.

Ive been coming to this location for ~ 5 months now on a pretty regular basis and I have to say...this is an amazing spot! They offer clean, comfortable seating, both indoor and out. They have a friendly and accommodating staff, and the food is consistently delicious . They are fantastic at making the customer feel welcome. Most of the servers will chat it up with you if they have the time, which makes you feel like a family member rather than a customer. I will be sadly leaving the area soon, but I will surely remember this fabulous place and all the people that made it what it is...a great restaurant!

I have wrote great review on this restaurant and still love their food, or most of it. But last weekend was somewhat different. I am sad to say that their chicken and waffles have changed. Same yummy waffles, but the chicken was like two super skinny strips of hard chicken jerky. Breading was yummy, but their was so little of chicken that I feel like I had no chicken, very disappointing! Also we seat by a wall and it was nasty dirty with dried food all over it, WHAT? This is a beautiful restaurant, I am so surprised! I love going here, but I see things starting to develope that is not good! Very sad!

The service was a little slow but our server and atmosphere of the place was good. I had the smoked pulled pork sandwich with fries and it was good. The wife and kids had the eggs and waffles plates. My oldest had the gluten free waffles which where good but the addition of the mascarpone cheese on top of the blueberries and and waffles was a bit much.

I remember thinking, "waffles with weird toppings, I cannot image it will be anything special.". Boy was I wrong!! Now I specifically come before dinner just to have those waffles, the chicken with maple mousee is my absolute FAVORITE!! There salad are fresh and delicious!! This is one of the restaurants we bring guests when they are in town!!

I try to come in,a couple of times a week. Awesome breakfast but i cant get by the hen house breakfast. Seems to be top notch food. The coffee cake is great to. Orange juice is fresh but to me has a slight grapefruit flavor. But i think its just me. Would eat here more often but just a bit above my price range.

They offer a similar menu to that which can be found at the original Lake Oswego location, though with a much larger space, the wait to be seated is never very long. The trade-off for this convenience however, is that the food isnt quite as good. Still a great place to go if youre in the area wine-tasting.

Such delicious food! The chicken and waffles are my favorite. Portions are not big here, but the prices are very reasonable for high quality, gourmet comfort food. Staff is always very nice, very attentive. Beautiful, pleasing atmosphere with an open kitchen that is fun to watch.

My sister had her wedding here in September 2015, outside on the patio. Food was really good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a party of 35 people. Everything went smoothly. All of the guest were pleased. Will be doing a family event again in the future.

They have no idea what seasoning is on any of their food. They cant cook a burger to anything other than well done even when you order it medium. They grilled brisket, why would you grill brisket? It was so dry it needed ketchup. Beer was delicious.

Been here a few times now. Dinner and breakfast. They have an exciting original menu with good options. The food has been. Excellent and service great. Also good assortment of drinks available. I think the prices are very fair for the quality.

We have eaten several times at Babica Hen and have an excellent experience each time we go. The food is well prepared and the service is friendly. It has a country atmosphere and is a perfect eating establishment for the Dundee wine country.

Very disappointing. The chicken & dumplings were over salted and the waffle battered fried chicken heavy and tasteless. Even the brussel sprouts were burnt. Such a charming place great service and really bad food.
