Your aloha or location on sw 174th employees need to be taught customer service. As a customer service person myself i would never treat any of my patients the way i was treated today. I ordered for a hot drink ,the lady with braces who happens to be the manager gave me a forzen drink. i brought it to her attention that i wanted a hot drink. she told ne and i quote "oh honey youre gonna have to pay for the hot drink" . I asked her her " so i would be paying for two drinks" she told me yes. I left and i told her its omay, you can have the drink. I came back and told her to either make me a hot drink like i had originally ordered or to give me back my money. the taller younger blonde fellow employee burged in as i was asking for the manager or the owners number and totally disrespected me to the core. Now this is the same place i go to every morning before i go to work to get my coffee before my 12hr shift. To be treated with utter disrespect and like a no body is completely uncalled for. I was even told its just only $5.50 you can have it back. Now it maybe only that much to them but its alot if money for me and all i wanted was a hot coffee drink. They were yelling at me slammed the window in my face, to mention but a few. Ive never been treated like this at a coffee shop. I video recorded the whole conversation. And you can see and hear the tall blonde employee shush me and shsh me away with her fingers. I hope the onwer sees this.

I love black rock coffee. First time I came here was at this locations grand opening. Everyone is always very friendly and social. I didnt have any idea what to get on the menu and one of the workers suggested the Starburst rockstar from their "secret menu" and its delicious. I get it every time now. The coffees are reasonable priced and I love how they use the punch cards to get free coffees on your tenth drink. Definitely my coffee stop of choice.

Used to be my favorite place in the world, but unfortunately the staff has been changed up and now the drinks keep coming back incorrectly. Bring back the bearded barista that always drove the red 240 and the other original staff from when this location opened. I used to come in every single day and my drink would already be made and waiting before I even got to the window. I miss those days and the old staff. The new staff sucks.

I went there tonight and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I searched for a phone number but no number came up on google to complain. I ordered a hot chocolate and thought it smelled a little odd only after TAKING A VERY LARGE GULP, I realized the hot chocolate was ROTTEN, it tasted as HORRIBLE as it smelled once the lid was removed, I almost threw up. It was absolutely horrendous and unacceptable. I would give negative stars if I could!

One of my favorite coffee places. Coffee is always served perfectly. Staff is friendly and they definitely know how to keep the line moving. The vibe is upbeat and they usually have some music playing, but they keep it low enough to hear your order. Five cars in line is often the case, but the wait is no more than a few minutes, and worth it every time. Be sure to get the loyalty punch card. It will be full before you know it.

Black rock in my own opinion is way the hell better than Starbucks, a jackhammer is my favorite coffee in the morning and black rock serves me with smiles. Never had a bad cup of coffee from them, never minded waiting for a cup of fine coffe either. All this coffee talk makes me want one now....

Great coffee and Baristas who take the time to learn the regulars and their preferences. The lot is awkward for drive through and parking which can cause a bit of a jam as getting out of the lot can mean waiting in the drive through lane. Still, best coffee in the area.

Great coffee and excellent service. While the line can get long depending on the time of day the staff are very quick and efficient. The only long waits I have encountered so far are due to cars ahead either not knowing the menu or ordering multiple drinks.

Black Rock is starting to be a well known coffee stand. They have some really delicious drinks available. My fave is the Caramel Blondie and the spring seasonal drink Cherry Blossom smoothie is a new favorite as well! Get it while its here! SO GOOD.

Better than average brewed coffee and even better espresso. I had a 4-shot 16-oz latte that was strong, but not bitter. I wish they had some more indoor space; we are in Oregon, after all.

Nice building in a really run down area. Hard to get in/out. There is like 2 parking spaces, one standard and one handicap. Service is mediocre and well, coffee is a bit over priced.
